If your budget is not very tight and you can afford something else I would suggest you should. The water in the shower was pretty cold and the shower broke down 2 times in a stay of 3 nights. When you open the water in the shower the light barely works, and the technician told me it should be that way because of the water heating system which still doesn’t does its job. It’s extremely noisy at night until something like 3am and at the morning there are works around since 7am. The staff are nice though. They are also waiting for you at the pier to help with luggage.

Hotel room was clean and in a good location however half the pool was getting refreshed the buildings was getting built which meant it smelt quite abit and loud because of the working, it’s right near the beach bar so very loud at night but a good place to stay non the less. Nice and cheap

The room is not too bad near to the beach however when we stayed here it's too loud because they are doing construction

I’ve stayed at this Hotel two years ago and it was really good. This time was horrible. It was way to loud, they were working on the hotel during the day and during the night there was the parties. It wasn’t clean. The bed was hard. I had to change the hotel after just one night. It’s good located tho

Anita Resort is under reconstruction. So they blocked the way to the standard rooms block at the northern corner. The borders have to make a detour through the pool and reach to the three storied standard room building. The ground floor of that building is entirely messed up by the removed used materials and living of the workers. Due to the monsoon rain the entire block is covered by the bad smell of decomposed materials. There is insufficient light on the roads to reach to that block, otherwise stopped by cautionary words. The adjacent two storied building is a slum that violated privacy of the borders of the first and second floors of standard rooms block. Requested to change the room, the managerial lady asked compensatory money or asked the borders to leave her hotel. This was a rude proposition for the borders to Phi Phi Island for the first time. There is no telephone in the room and the boarders found none after continuously phoning the manager lady. The receptionist ladies were sober and kind, but not the one who picks up the mobile calls only unseen, she could be manager or the owner, we didn’t know. Yes the break fast was good and the location of the hotel was good too.

The hotel was great and suited us well for our stay. Only negatives for some would be that there o going construction late into the night sometimes which could be very noisy, as well as that it’s close to a beach club which you can hear from the room. The above didn’t bother us due to being out late most nights ourselves. Pool was great and we didn’t try the food at breakfast so couldn’t comment. Staff at the front desk were always extremely helpful and carried our bags to and from the pier on arrival and departure.

Good breakfast, excellent location, helpful staff and very clean rooms. VERY negative point: it is right next to the parties, so you can hear the music all night long, very loud. When booking, choose the “quiet room” option.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel. We stayed here for two nights and having read previous reviews were slightly sceptical. However we had no need to be, we were greeted off the ferry by a member of staff who very kindly carried our bags to the hotel for us this was much appreciated. The reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room itself was spotless very spacious and well maintained. There was construction happening during our stay however we didn’t notice any noise until we stepped outside of our room, the windows are well insulated and the construction didn’t bother us at all. It can be slightly noisy at nighttime however you are in a prime location so it is nothing out of the ordinary and again the room is so well insulated it didn’t stop us from sleeping on either night. I would definitely recommend this hotel based off their friendly staff and clean rooms alike.

It's located right in the middle of everything, but be ready for loud music almost at all times. Other than that very great stay. 

Absolutely loved this accommodation. Great location and a clean and comfortable room. Unfortunately the noise from the beach club is a bit loud and annoying at night but the hotel is great apart from this.

Friendly staff and good location

Yeah like a lot of people read about the noise. It’s about as loud as advertised. Overall it’s okay. No place is quiet in phi phi but still room was okay but dated.

staff was friendly, there is construction work, a little noise in middle night from other bar.

These resort is really nice and clean but just only at the night we have the problem sounds with beach club because the resort really close meters far away the beach party bars so at the night we can’t be sleep until 3 am ,the sound of noisy is the whole night .Staff service is also very nice and breakfast also pretty good
