All is good. They upgraded me for free and the Check-in and Checkouts are speedy. 150 meters from Metro. Many restaurants inside the hotel. Now part of Chinese Jinjiang Group that also owns the Radisson chain in China.

The room is quite spacious, especially the bathroom, which is exceptionally large. Mirrors throughout the bathroom make it appear even bigger, and the shower stall even has a stool, so you can sit down. Upon entering, there's a small foyer-like area with a desk for working. Opposite that is a wet bar area, equipped with a capsule coffee machine. Inside the room, there's a large bed and next to it, a very spacious sofa. Outside, you have a view of the Liangma River, and the scenery is beautiful. People were swimming and kayaking in the river, creating a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast spread was extensive. Both the afternoon tea and evening happy hour offerings were freshly prepared and tasted delicious.

Although it's an older hotel, the facilities are well-maintained, and the rooms are comfortable. The service, in particular, was incredibly attentive and they went above and beyond to cater to every request. The location is also superb and very convenient. My only minor gripe is that they still offer single-use toiletries in the bathroom, which isn't very eco-friendly. We always travel with our own toothbrushes, toothpaste, and combs, so we don't use disposable items.

The Beijing Kunlun Hotel is a well-established five-star property. The lobby is truly grand, and the service is impeccable. Its prime location is a huge plus. We were upgraded to a room with lovely views of the Liangma River, which was perfect for exploring the river area and Blue Harbor. The hotel's facilities are elegant, sophisticated, and upscale. The service was excellent, and the breakfast spread was extensive. There's also a Pop Mart park nearby, and parking and shopping are both very convenient. Overall, we had a fantastic stay!
