I really staying in this hotel. Staff was very helpful and  kind for me,good area,room was bigger than i expect,cleaning not wake you up,if you have "no disturb"on the door. Like in all Spain you still will hear your neighbours,but here it's the most quite as possible.))

Always use this hotel when doing a short break in our favourite Spanish secret Alicante. It's a short walk away from everything you need to visit, which means it retains it's spanishness but is a little bit calmer than other's. Love it!

Excellent location, delicious breakfast! Staff so polite and helpful, we were really enjoyed stay in this Hotel. All Important locations are not more then 15 min walk. Recommend

Bad experience once I arrived and checked in. I arrived at noon, a lady in front desk said it is not a right time for check in. It is ok and I understand. Then I came back at 3:30 pm, the staff said again you need to wait until 4pm. It is ok and I understand. But at this moment, another guest came and he could finish check in and went to his room, I immediately asked why he could check in but not me!? The lady said, “it depends!” What standard does the hotel has? So, for me, I wont stay in this hotel again. Why? It depends!

The hotel position is good.It just took me few minutes walking to the beach & port.of course theSanbaba Castle is very near.it's very very close to train station.there's roof top sunshine chairs.u can go to the top to enjoy sunshine. but the room is a little old.the towels are too old too dark.I suggest to change the towels.or I have to bring towels by myself.

Everything is standard, the room is comfortable, the breakfast is rich, it is in the city center, and there are convenient restaurants around. There is a Chinese restaurant nearby. The castle of Alicante is unexpectedly magnificent.

The location of the store is okay, and it doesn't have bottled water, but it doesn't even have a hot water boiler. The hot water pot is not exaggerated. In addition, the bed was too soft and not easy to sleep on! But the room is big

Located in the city center, it is ideal for sightseeing. The rooms are clean and the staff are very helpful. The breakfast buffet is rich in variety and delicious, so I was very satisfied.
