ChaoKoh Phi Phi Hotel and Resort
"Everything was excellent about location, amenities.Restaurant is located outside the main building and is sea facing. We booked Deluxe room with Garden view but the hotel reception tried to give us superior room with no view, when we resisted we were offered superior room with view and asked us to take refund as no other room was available. We felt cheated as if we would have accepted cancellation we would have to pay higher prices for instant booking in order Resorts. So we paid higher price for Deluxe double room but given other lower category room"

Viking Nature Resort
"Great quiet place to stay, easy to walk to town, far enough not to have the doof doof from town centre keeping you awake. Bathtub plug didn’t work, maybe ask if it’s working if that’s a feature you are after. Otherwise the place was brilliant, great view, lots of space, very romantic location. Food was great at the restaurant. Saw monkeys wandering around resort and there are cute cats everywhere on the island. Great diving even in low season. Black tip reef sharks, moray eels, clown fish, so much amazing corals."

"When we went out of the hotel 2 people from the hotel and asked us for money that didn’t pay and they started to threaten us We told them let’s go to the police station and we will figure it out there and then the 2 people ran away Just shame on the hotel that they send 2 people from them to take money from us for nothing and when they hear the word police they ran away"
P2 Wood Loft
"The hotel is very centrally located, in a great spot, and you get everything you need. The bed was very comfortable."
Phi Phi Natural Resort
"We originally booked a double room, but we also brought two children, so on the day of arrival, the cost increased by 2600 zhu, which included breakfast for the children and an upgrade to a sea-view villa. This is our second time at this hotel, and the environment is excellent. You can go snorkeling, and the breakfast spread is very generous. However, there are indeed some anti-Chinese staff members. For example, a waitress at breakfast came over while we were eating to tell us that food couldn't be taken out. She pointed at some toast crusts and fruit peels on my child's plate that he didn't like, implying she thought we would take that food. Of course, I didn't hold back and snapped back at her, telling her as I left, "It's rude to say like that." That waitress's smile was quite unpleasant. Aside from her, most of the staff were lovely, including the cleaning lady, who seemed to really like children and had a very nice attitude."
Ton Sai Tropical Phi Phi Island
"I can honestly recommend this place to everyone. Great room and pool."
Phi Phi Andaman Beach Resort
"Overall it was an acceptable accommodation. Breakfast was not the best. However the room was clean and spacious. The pool was big and clean. We also saw lizards in front of the room which was a great experience for us and the little one."
Phi Phi Don Chukit Resort
"It was satisfactory. No issues with cleanliness or service."
PP Princess Resort
"The hotel is located in a prime area, with several restaurants and pubs nearby. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The swimming pool was well-maintained, with a separate section for children, making it family-friendly. The beach is just 100 meters from the hotel, with boats readily available for trips to Maya Bay. The breakfast was also good, offering a satisfying start to the day."
JJ Bungalow
"I miss the boat and tried to inform the hotel that I would arrived next day. Sent email and phoned them. No reply and no answer. Not knowing if they would keep my room for me or if there is still a room waiting for me. Next morning tried to contact them for a pick up from the pier as they promised in their advert. Again no answer and no reply. Had to tow my heavy luggage along under the hot sun while most other passengers had their hotel providing the pick up. When I arrived, no apology and the receptionist said nothing to do with her. No communication at all. Wish for your luck if you come across any difficulties."
Phi Phi Harbour View Hotel
"I stayed in a room with direct access to the pool. While it was great to be able to jump into the pool right away, the room got soaked again immediately no matter how much I wiped it down. So I borrowed extra towels. There was a dehumidifier, so humidity wasn't a problem for me, but it was inconvenient that the door wasn't opened and closed with a card key. The breakfast had a fantastic view, and I was happy that the menu was different every day during my two-day stay. It was very convenient as we arrived just seconds from the port. As for laundry, it was expensive to have the hotel do it, probably because I had a large load. Overall, I was very satisfied."
Bayview Resort Phi Phi Island - Beach Front Resort
"Upon arrival, things got off to a bit of a rough start. Room 210, while advertised with a sea view, had a very limited one, which wasn't a huge deal. The most unpleasant part was the leaky pipe by the toilet. My request to switch rooms with the front desk wasn't successful. After adjusting my mindset and accepting it, it was fine—the water was clean anyway, and I was there to relax, so no need to dwell on it. However, I do recommend the hotel renovates soon, otherwise, it's a waste of such a beautiful location. Summary: 1. The facilities are indeed old. The exterior looks okay, but the interior is too basic. Friends accustomed to five-star hotels might find it hard to adapt. I had to comfort my child and convince myself, but once I accepted it, it was fine. 2. If you want a true, unobstructed sea view room, be sure to communicate with the hotel beforehand. Only rooms starting with '1' will do. The higher the room number, the higher up the hill it is, so be prepared for a cardio workout every time you head back to your room. 3. The service was generally good. I didn't feel any prejudice or mistreatment towards Chinese guests. The porters who helped with luggage were the best. 4. Cat lovers will overlook all the negatives and fall in love with this place, just like my son. He initially complained about everything, but after bribing many cats with cat food to hang out on our balcony, he was very sad to leave."
Paradise Resort Phi Phi
"it was very good hotel and the staff is very nice quiet place to relax"
Phi Phi Relax Beach Resort
"It's fine for 1-2 nights. There's no air conditioning in the front-line bungalows, and they're the best."
