"Had a really great stay at this hotel. The room was surprisingly spacious for a couple, which made it very comfortable. The pool was a highlight—clean, relaxing, and open till 8 PM, which was a nice bonus after a long day out.
We didn’t opt for breakfast since we’re vegetarian, but the restaurant looked quite nice, and the views from both the restaurant and the property were beautiful.
A special mention to the staff for being so accommodating—they allowed us to store our luggage for several hours after checkout since our ferry was later in the day, which made things much easier for us.
Overall, a very pleasant stay with great service and views. Would definitely recommend!"

No. 4 of 4-Star Select Hotels in Krabi Province"This is our 3rd time at the resort in recent years and it remains in our opinion the best higher end resort on the island. It’s tucked away right in the corner of the main beach which means there is no passing traffic and a lot less day trippers about. The rooms are lovely bamboo bungalow with en suite shower and although not very big there is plenty of space for what you need. The beds are large and comfortable and the air con works well. The whole setting is beautiful with the bungalows along sandy paths and surrounded by gardens and trees. The resort has an amazing huge pool and more than enough sun loungers. Breakfast is superb with lots of choice and it’s very fresh. The bakery section in particular is excellent. The only negative - and this is not at all the fault of the resort - is the noise at night from the parties at the other end of the beach. Despite being a really long way away the noise travels across the bay / beach and it goes on until about 3:30am. They provide you with ear plugs but we always take our own better ones with us which are more sound resistant. Soundbloc putty earbuds if anyone is interested! With these in you hear nothing and the resort is absolutely perfect. We will be back i am sure"

"The road to the hotel is quite scenic, though you need to be careful in some spots. And the views!!! Wow!!! There's a free boat service from the hotel, but the walk was truly impressive, an absolute pleasure. It's quiet, apart from the cicadas, and be careful – monkeys visit the balcony. The room is very cozy. There are pajamas, toothbrushes and toothpaste, face cream, a hairdryer, tea and coffee, a mini-bar (chargeable), and two complimentary bottles of water. Long Beach is not far to walk to. Breakfasts in the morning are good, with plenty of food."

"Good hotel! We stayed for one night to explore the area. The rooms don't have windows (be prepared for that). The staff were very welcoming and great! We arrived early, and check-in was later, but they gave us towels to go to the beach (and again the next day when we checked out)! The rooms are quiet. If you're just looking for a place to crash and explore, it's suitable, but for a long stay, it's not the right place."

"We stayed in a Deluxe Sea View Room for 2 nights.
The location is excellent — very close to the pier, which makes arrival and departure very easy. Our room (105) was also close to the elevators, so it felt even closer to the pier than many of the other rooms.
The room was very clean, and the size was decent. The balcony view overlooks Tonsai Beach, which is always nice to wake up to. Because the hotel is so close to the pier, you can hear and see people down there during the day. However, once the balcony door is closed most of the noise disappears, and we had no problem falling asleep.
Facilities were all working well:
• Elevator was great
• Air conditioning worked properly
• Wi-Fi was fine
• Shower was good
We didn’t use the TV.
The staff were friendly and all spoke English, which made things easy. They do ask for a deposit at check-in, but that seems to be standard practice.
There is breakfast available through the restaurant downstairs. Personally I didn’t enjoy it much, but if you’ve been traveling around Thailand for a while it will probably be fine.
Overall, this is a very convenient and comfortable place to stay on Phi Phi, especially if you want to be right next to the pier."

No. 7 of Hotels with Villas in Krabi Province"The hotel location is absolutely amazing, Breathtaking views, quiet, relaxing, Natural, access to snorkelling. The food they had in the hotel: some of it was really really good, and some of it was not so good. The only weakness is the fact that the logistics to get there by boat are quite complicated ~ I found a single fast boat provider which can directly access the resort but they only have one boat a day all the rest require you to stop and switch companies in the middle. Once i found out which food in the resort was better i ordered that more frequently. If you wait for low tide you can walk along the beach to get to the village and avoid the other resort but during high tide that's impossible. A staff were very good and provided access to snorkeling equipment were happy to help you drive up the steep mountain and even helped with luggage whenever needed (We always walked down, but the walk back up was hard, and were happy for their service). 酒店地理位置绝对令人惊叹，景色令人叹为观止，安静、放松、自然，可以浮潜。他们在酒店吃的食物：有些真的很好，有些不太好。唯一的弱点是，乘船到达那里的物流非常复杂~我找到了一家快速船供应商，可以直接进入度假村，但他们每天只有一艘船，其余的都需要你在在中间停下来换公司。一旦我发现度假胜地的哪些食物更好，我就更频繁地点。如果你等待退潮，你可以沿着海滩走到村庄，避开其他度假胜地，但在涨潮时这是不可能的。工作人员非常好，提供浮潜设备。他们很乐意帮助你开车上山，甚至在需要的时候帮忙拿行李（我们总是走下去，但走回去很难，我们很高兴他们的服务）。"

"The staff waited for me at pier and after checking out kept my suitcase until departure time.
The room was nice amd simple, with a new furniture and all necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable with quality bedding. The location was good as well.I expected to be noisy,but it wasn't at all.
Although everything was good, the strong smell of mold in the room overshadowed my overall experience. I could also see mold on the top tiles in the bathroom and walls, as the room is not well ventilated.
It may be better to book a room on a higher floor!"
