Mercure Luoyang

Every year when I visit my elderly relatives in Luoyang, I always stay at the Mercure Hotel – it's become a habit. Compared to hotels I've stayed in abroad, this one truly wins hands down: the price is reasonable, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the service is incredibly friendly. From the pristine condition of the facilities to the kindness of the staff in every department, it makes for a comfortable and reassuring stay. Usually, after checking into a hotel room, I'll wipe everything down with an alcohol wipe. This time, I only used one, and to my surprise, it didn't pick up a single speck of dust! I was impressed and also realized how much hotel standards in China have improved. Last night, I returned to the hotel and noticed my fingernail had split. I didn't have high hopes, but I casually asked the front desk if they had nail clippers. They immediately provided them, thoughtfully including an antiseptic wipe. In that moment, I truly felt like they had 'everything you could possibly need.' I'll definitely continue to choose this hotel in the future; it's as amazing and resourceful as Doraemon!

Facilities: Excellent, right in the city center of Luoyang, with a strong business-oriented feel. Cleanliness: Fantastic, nothing to complain about. Environment: Superb, the room style is minimalist and trendy. Service: Loved it! The room is simple and elegant, and it's directly opposite Zhengda Plaza.
