The hotel staff were very enthusiastic, and the facilities were decent. The pool is huge, perfect for a family stay with kids. There aren't many attractions nearby, so you'll need a car to get around. The hotel breakfast was good, but the dining area isn't ideally located; it would be much better right by the sea.

The welcome was incredibly warm. Our room was absolutely stunning, very spacious and featured a huge bathtub! It was clean and luxurious. The services were top-notch; they even provided beach towels and a beach bag as an extra perk! Our room offered a magnificent view of the pool and palm trees. The beach was only a 2-minute walk from my room, as the hotel is located right on the beachfront. There's also a swim-up bar in the pool. The only drawback is that it's a bit far from Chaweng center, so taxis can be quite expensive. BUT, the hotel offers a free shuttle! So, phew! 🥰

Well it’s been lovely the staff are 10/10 and very accommodating, they will always help whatever the situation and that is from kitchen cleaners reception chef and bar staff, yes the place is looking a tad tired but the warmth and atmosphere and hospitality are phenomenal

My initial experience with the front desk was not great. The staff weren't Thai and only spoke English, and their welcoming attitude was quite poor. However, things improved slightly when a Thai staff member later came to assist. In stark contrast, the head chef was incredibly attentive! My main concern was definitely with the front desk—I'm unsure how they passed their hospitality training. Aside from that, the overall atmosphere was fantastic, which I loved the most. The availability of badminton courts and yoga classes was also a huge plus! 😍

Amazing hotel with a huge pool that looks straight out onto the beach. The restaurant and beach bar are very reasonably priced with decent food so if you can't be bothered leaving the hotel its a non issue that its away from town (we loved that it was super private and away from the noise that a lot of the other hotels in Koh Samui are surrounded with) They even offer a complimentary shuttle service to the hussle and bustle if you so wish, to Nathon and Chaweng. We loved everything about our stay!

While the hotel is a bit dated, its facilities are still very well-maintained. The only issue was the presence of many small flying ants in the room. Other than that, everything else was quite good. The room was exceptionally spacious, which was a definite plus.

Great couples stay with a romantic sunset beach view. Luxury feel without the price gouge. I had a room that lead directly to the pool. Superb experience. Would definitely recommend.

Rooms are large with a huge square bathtub you walk into. The pool is green which doesn’t mean it isn’t clean. Just the bottom isn’t painted blue so it shows the colour of the water here. Breakfast is very nice. Staff attentive. Beach is small but water calm. Shallow unless high tide but pretty when floating and looking at shore and nearby mountain.  Shuttle to town 2x /day.

I had the pool villa for a few days and I loved it

Excellent, exceeded my expectations. The only minor drawback was that access by car was a bit inconvenient, and parking spaces were limited.

Nice but very very remote and transport is expensive. Hotel offers a shuttle but it is two short a time to appreciate the towns. On the beach but sea is not really accessible.
