"The laundry service is good and reasonably priced. Great views and close to the beach, with multiple swimming pools. It's a short 10-minute drive to the nearby surf spot, or you can rent a motorbike to get around. We booked a direct pool access room, but couldn't use it for the first two days due to rain. On the third day, when we wanted to swim, it was under maintenance. Some staff members provide excellent service, while others are just average. Simple English communication is sufficient. Limited entertainment facilities, and they come with extra charges. There are few dining options, and outside food or delivery is not allowed. There are no supermarkets nearby, so you're limited to the hotel's minimart. The hotel grounds are very large, so you need to book a buggy in advance to get around. The water park slides are not very clean, and there are only a few small ones."

"The hotel boasts a private beach and a large swimming pool, perfect for a vacation. It's very popular with locals, and breakfast can get incredibly busy, so expect to wait for a table. While no one at the front desk spoke Chinese, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially a handsome young man in a traditional robe who helped us book a bus ticket to Nha Trang, tracked its status, and even saw us off to the bus. Overall, it was a fantastic experience."

"We stayed at the hotel for 9 nights in early April 2026, in a garden-view bungalow. This is one of the best places! The location is fantastic – it has its own beach, a restaurant right on the seafront, and two clean swimming pools. It's situated between Phan Thiet and Mui Ne. For dinner, we'd go to Mui Ne by scooter or taxi (around $2-3), a quick 5-minute ride. Sometimes we'd have dinner at the hotel, enjoying the wonderful sea view. Prices are higher than in the village, but you get peace and quiet! Breakfasts are good, though definitely with an Asian slant. There was always something to choose from (pastries, yogurts, omelets...). They're really great for having a proper coffee machine; the cappuccino was excellent! By the pool, there's a bar with submerged chairs, perfect for cooling off on a hot day with a refreshing drink, taking a dip, and feeling completely refreshed from city life and daily worries. The hotel grounds aren't large, which we actually loved, but they're beautiful, lush with tropical greenery. Fish in the pond, exotic crested birds... all the joys of life. The bungalow was in excellent condition, everything clean and tidy, with daily housekeeping. On arrival, we received fruit and a beach bag. The blackout curtains were a big plus for us, and the balcony had nice furniture, perfect for sitting out in the evening and admiring the surrounding beauty. We especially loved being able to swim in the pool late in the evening when it was completely dark – it was lit up, the water was clean and warm, and no one bothered us; we could swim to our heart's content. The beach has white sand, and the sea was very warm, with small waves after lunch, which we absolutely loved playing in. I also want to mention my birthday, which I celebrated there. The staff were very welcoming; when they saw I had flowers, they immediately brought a vase, and in the evening, a small cake. Returning from the beach, we found a 'Happy Birthday' message made of tropical flowers on the bed (a small touch, but very pleasant)! We rented a beautiful gazebo for 4 hours ($10-12), which included ice cream and French fries. The only warning I want to give is about sand fleas on the beach. They don't bite everyone. Since I've been bitten by them before (it's not my first time in Asia), they tend to find me! So, don't lie on the beach sunbeds; stick to the ones by the pool. We highly recommend Aroma; it's a little paradise!"

"Privacy: Very poor. The glass front means anyone walking by can see inside. You have to close the curtains all day, which ruins the view. Amenities: The hotel lacks activities. It needs things like outdoor movies or social events to give guests a reason to stay. Dining: Disappointing. Food quality is low, and the service is unprofessional—they served my main dishes before the starter. Beach: Extremely dirty and full of trash. Unacceptable for a beach resort. If you just want photos or content video for social media, it’s fine. But for a real retreat, it’s not worth the price. 3-star quality at best. I won’t be returning. Useful feedback for the owner to improve."

"We stayed at this hotel with three friends for several nights and had a very pleasant experience. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel. The rooms are not very large, but they are comfortable and have everything needed for a pleasant stay. The room was exceptionally clean, hot water was always available, and all the necessary toiletries were provided. The hotel itself is small and located right by the sea, which creates a very relaxing atmosphere. There are rooms with beautiful sea views as well as rooms facing the swimming pool. The pool access rooms are especially convenient because you can step directly from your room into the pool area. The hotel also has lovely swings where it’s nice to relax in the evening. There are outdoor terraces where you can sit and enjoy breakfast while overlooking the surroundings. Breakfast was another highlight. Every day you can choose your meal in advance by filling out a simple form at the reception. The menu changes daily, which makes breakfast more interesting and convenient. The only thing I would suggest improving is the reception area. Since it is located next to the kitchen, there is a strong cooking smell that tends to stay in the room because of limited ventilation. It would be great if the hotel could improve the airflow or use air fresheners. Waiting at reception for check-in or assistance can be a little uncomfortable, and the smell sometimes even lingers on your clothes. This is just my personal opinion and did not affect our overall experience. One more small note for future guests. You may occasionally see mice running around on the outdoor terrace. I would recommend not feeding them and informing the hotel staff if you notice them, so they can handle the situation appropriately. We would also like to give a special thank you to the administrator, who kindly allowed our friend to stay in our room for an additional fee. We really appreciated the flexibility and understanding. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you for your hospitality. This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful location, and we would happily recommend it to other travelers."
