Pet friendly Hotels Pattaya

The room is affordable and worth for the services and stay. The staff are friendly, and helpful to us. The air conditioning is not cooling down the hot temperature at the day time but it is okay at night. Smoking in the common air conditioning room is not okay for non smokers but these guests are friendly and offer green tea to those who come to sit at the reception. We Could not use the beautiful pool as they just cleaned the pool that day.

Host has incredible customer service. He was very attentive and responsive to all questions. His driver picked us up and was very professional while driving us around. Must stay here next time in Thailand! Thank you for your hospitality!

I recently stayed at Somerset Hotel Pattaya, and while my experience had a rough start due to a booking mistake I made, the overall stay was enjoyable. Initially, I faced challenges in correcting the booking details, as Trip.com was slow to respond and unable to resolve my issue promptly. However, after much effort, the hotel kindly assisted with a name change, which I deeply appreciate. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the location is absolutely perfect, offering great convenience. Despite the initial hiccups, I would recommend this hotel to everyone. First of all, I would like to express my thank you to your Front desk team, they have service mind and alway smile even they are in the trouble circumstances with heavy check in, check out. The location is good itself as close to the beach and you can walk on the back of hotel to the Terminal 21, Tiffany show and a lot of massage shop with cheap prices. Unfortunately,as there are high demanded of cleaning service during the day. The house keeping team forgot to clean our room until we came back from outside around 17.45 PM. They might have some reason behind such as the manning are not enough for support the team or they use outsource housekeeping company that might have a communication breakdown. Therefore, overall is great and love to be back

Nice rooms with extremely comfortable beds Amazing Stay 🤩 and super wow. The room small but comfortable and very clean. I briefly stayed at this hotel after a nip and tuck and I have to say the beds are extremely comfortable and the hotel is very clean. I was hesitant to stay here because it’s a 3 star but it should definitely be at least a 4 star for cleanliness and comfort. I would stay here again.

Alot for the money. Has a large posh 5 star looking lobby. Rooms where decent. Nothing stands out. Very far from everything. Need bolt even to go 7 eleven else u will be walking in the dark. A nice facility but not a convient location

The hotel is not bad, but quite old, it needs reconstruction. It is convenient that it is not far from the central beach and close to the shopping center, but all the markets nearby are expensive, all the cafes are expensive. Expensive area. Breakfasts are good, I just did not expect that they would feed so diversely

Stayed here for 2 nights based on reviews and seems like i missed some other reviews which highlighted the exact issues i faced. A very dated hotel and a kind that i havent seen anywhere in Asian especially with a 4 star rating. Had booked a corner suite which was quite small. The highlight of the room was the bathroom which felt more dated than anything else in the property. The shower area - the tiniest possible with a shower that throws out intermittent hot water. The property has a restaurant which shuts early and the bar at 10. Needed 2 ice cubes and was told to buy it from 7/11! Yes that is Accor hospitality for you. The front desk folks did not help with any direction or tips for local intelligence as asked and kept directing us to the concierge who was equally lost. Breakfast was very very average. I forgot to click a pic of the omelette and the way it was cooked. Even the street side vendors cook more good looking and better tasting ones. The coffee in an Accor property is expected to be good if not great. Again a disappointment. The lift’s keep door open button doesnt work. There is nothing to do in the hotel apart from the swimming pool. Location of the property aint bad. Was accessible by foot to quite a few places including the beach. This could be the only area where i could give it some brownie points. I have been staying at different Accor properties around the world and this was not only the worst property in the group that I experienced, but probably the worst property i stayed at ever, amongst any hotel chains worldwide.

Hotel is super old. All rooms need to be remodeled. It was some mold inside shower and around bathtub. Rooms are super old. I expect more from 5 stars hotel.

Lewit Hotel (Radisson) This is quite a new hotel, about 2 years old or so I think, half way down Pratumnak Soi 5 just after it splits in two. The front of the hotel is on the main part of the Soi and the back of the hotel, and the vehicle access, is on the smaller part of the Soi. It is a fairly long trek up the hill to Pratumnak Road, coming back down isn’t too bad. I arrived at 11am, checked in and left my luggage. I got back about 1.45pm and my luggage had been taken to my room and the aircon put on. They gave me my keycard, there was a 500 baht deposit returned at check out, and I went up to the room. They give every guest 2 keycards so you can leave the aircon on if you want. I was halfway through unpacking when the doorbell rang and it was a member of staff with 4 free breakfast vouchers. It was immediately clear that this was a completely different class of hotel to my previous one. The room was very nice indeed and a decent size. Spotlessly clean, immaculate decor and fittings, and a large comfortable bed. There’s plenty of surfaces to use and a decent sized wardrobe (only 3 hangers again) and shelves. There was a big fridge, a large Smart TV with accessible HDMI ports and fast WiFi. I watched my Android box a few times with no buffering. There were plenty of power sockets, including 2 USB on one side of the bed. There was a small balcony with 2 chairs and a clothes rack. My room looked up Soi 5. Nice bathroom and a big shower. The staff were all excellent and housekeeping was always done when I requested it, and to a high standard. There was a bit of problem with ants in the room and although the cleaner sprayed they never went away. There’s a pool on the second floor, the restaurant is near it and there’s a fitness room somewhere nearby. The restaurant menu was quite reasonably priced for a hotel and room service is available. There’s no laundry service but there are a few laundries on Soi 5. There’s iced drinking water in the lobby to help yourself after trudging down the hill. As I was given the vouchers I went down to breakfast on my second morning. The staff were unwelcoming and unfriendly, in total contrast to the rest of the hotel staff. I handed my voucher to one of them who looked at it suspiciously and said something to another but that was it. They didn’t ask for my room number and I couldn’t see any evidence of a system to check who was having breakfast. The buffet breakfast brought back memories of the worst 1980’s Thai hotel breakfasts. The western options were extremely anaemic frankfurters, some processed meat pretending to be ham, some diced potatoes with small bits of bacon and fried eggs. I took a couple of eggs and a few potatoes but they were stone cold so I didn’t eat them. There were a few Thai options - I’m guessing they were cold as well as they hadn’t turned the burners on. So I settled for a couple of mini croissants and a slice of toast. At least the coffee was drinkable. Other options were a few small p
