酒店比較好找，衞生也很好。但是前台服務有待提高，我們凌晨5點到酒店，在攜程訂的時候有一項提前四小時入住的特權，我就選了這項權益。結果到了酒店説入住時間必須到6點以後，否則就要多收一天的房費。跟攜程溝通後也無法解決，前台小姐姐一直在説我衹是個打工的，一天就一百多塊，我也沒辦法。我們帶着睡着後被叫醒的孩子坐在大廳裏跟前台溝通，前台沒有任何跟領導申請的意願，就説酒店規定必須6點之後再辦理入住，真是無語，沒有任何人性化處理。從前台小姐姐的反應來看，酒店的管理非常不人性化，也非常不得人心，前台沒有任何處理問題的能力
