The stay was quiet and convenient, a truly exceptional experience. The receptionist was also incredibly kind and attentive. She greeted me with a smile as soon as I entered, her voice sweet and gentle. Check-in was incredibly fast and she was remarkably attentive, proactively pointing out nearby amenities. Her professionalism and gentle demeanor throughout the entire process made my stay even more pleasant. I must especially commend the receptionist. When I arrived, I was carrying several bags and looking a bit disheveled, but she immediately greeted me with a smile, helped me with my things, and made check-in quick and smooth. She even proactively told me where the laundry room was, what time breakfast was served, and mentioned nearby convenience stores that I hadn't even asked about. Her soft, gentle voice and incredibly pleasant attitude instantly relieved my fatigue from traveling. This service was a huge plus, and the environment was also excellent. A five-star recommendation!

I booked this guesthouse because it's new and located in a tourist town, but it was quite disappointing. While there were a few restaurants open in the evening in the town, absolutely none were open by 9:30 AM. The hotel front desk is on the second floor, and there was no one to greet us upon arrival. When we left, the staff was so indifferent they didn't even bother to look up, let alone offer a farewell. The TV in the room was just for show and didn't work. The linens were decent, but the towels and nightstands were dusty. The plastic slippers felt dirty and sticky, as if they hadn't been cleaned. As a newly opened guesthouse, there's a lot of room for improvement.
