"It's a new hotel, and the environment is okay, but there were no chairs in the room. I ate the takeout my child and I ordered standing up the whole time, while my child knelt on the counter under the clothes rack. The food was placed on the kettle counter. My child's schoolbag was on the bedside table between the two beds, and there was no chair for my child to sit on while doing homework. It's very inconvenient to work or do homework here; you can only sit on the bed. Also, there were no disposable toiletries. I called the front desk repeatedly—landline and mobile—until I finally got through on the fourth call, and they never arrived. My child fell asleep, so I didn't call the front desk again. Ctrip records calls, and I also took photos. A very poor stay."
