GGuest UserPerfect hotel! Our family of three stayed for two days and had a great experience. The price is affordable and everyone can see that we stayed in a twin room. The hygiene is very good and the service is quite good. Let me tell you a story. There was a problem with the vending machine in the hotel lobby, but the owner of the machine could not be contacted (bad review for the vending machine). The hotel front desk did not shirk responsibility, but paid the bill first, and then they contacted the owner of the vending machine to resolve the problem themselves. Great. The front desk was very welcoming, even the security guy was very welcoming. The environment is very good, new hotel. The breakfast was prepared very beautifully and carefully, with many varieties and good taste. It’s a pity that we didn’t get up, so we ate quickly and didn’t take any photos. In short, it's all five stars, come and stay!

During my stay, both room service and restaurant staff were exceptionally proactive and attentive. Once, I casually mentioned wanting some warm water, and it was brought to me within minutes—that thoughtfulness truly touched me! They responded to any issues immediately, their attitude was impeccable, and I felt as comfortable and at home as possible.
Overall, the service here was definitely the highlight—warm, professional, and making my stay incredibly comfortable! I highly recommend it; you won't be disappointed!

I brought two children with me, and she specially prepared two cups of hot milk, and sent yogurt and fruit. The room was clean and tidy. 硬件：衝著新開張來的，房間內的裝修風格先按下不説，畢竟每個人審美都不一樣，酒店內還有零散施工可以理解。硬件整體85分以上，是一手好牌。
客房：
1）進入房間第一驚嚇，房卡插上以後，電視自動開機，並且以50分貝以上的聲音播放酒店宣傳廣告，夜晚尤其刺耳與突兀。建議，靜音播放或降低音量。
2）電視無法投屏；
3）淋浴間打掃不乾淨；
4）續住時客房衞生打掃不徹底、洗漱品未完全補齊。連續住了兩天，第二天未打掃前一天地面上明顯的碎屑垃圾，未收拾浴巾，未補齊洗漱品。
餐廳：菜品飲料根本不補充。早餐時間是8：30-10：30，連續兩天都是9點多去餐廳，酸奶、水果根本沒有，熱菜、涼菜根本不加，此時距離用餐結束還有一小時之久。和同事聊天，他8點半去早餐，酸奶水果已經被拿完了，再沒補充過。
服務，真是稀爛。
