Korla Hotels with Gym

Perfect hotel! Our family of three stayed for two days and had a great experience. The price is affordable and everyone can see that we stayed in a twin room. The hygiene is very good and the service is quite good. Let me tell you a story. There was a problem with the vending machine in the hotel lobby, but the owner of the machine could not be contacted (bad review for the vending machine). The hotel front desk did not shirk responsibility, but paid the bill first, and then they contacted the owner of the vending machine to resolve the problem themselves. Great. The front desk was very welcoming, even the security guy was very welcoming. The environment is very good, new hotel. The breakfast was prepared very beautifully and carefully, with many varieties and good taste. It’s a pity that we didn’t get up, so we ate quickly and didn’t take any photos. In short, it's all five stars, come and stay!

The hotel is located near People's Square and it is very convenient to go anywhere. If you park by car, you have to take your luck. We have been fine these days. There are places to park. The parking fee can be waived when you register the car number at the front desk. The check-in efficiency at the front desk is high and the service attitude is good. The room layout is reasonable, the whole is clean and tidy, and there will be supper from 8 to 9 pm. The breakfast is quite rich (forgot to take pictures), the hot dishes taste very good, the chef brother came out to supplement the dishes, encountered a guest asking what dishes are, and will patiently answer. If you encounter problems during your stay, you can also communicate with the staff, and you will understand the situation and solve it in time.

The room was very clean. The service quality: from the warm welcome at the door to the intimate farewell at the time of leaving, the staff always kept a sincere smile. They took the initiative to help with the luggage, patiently answered questions, and thoughtfully prepared welcome fruits and handwritten cards. Any needs during the stay were responded to quickly, and the experience of being at home was directly maximized!

Seriously can't praise this hotel enough! The moment I walked into the room, it felt so fresh and clean. The floors and bathroom were sparkling – the hygiene was top-notch, and my inner 'detail freak' was completely satisfied. The front desk staff were so thoughtful and responded quickly to requests, and the cleaning ladies were incredibly diligent too. The bedding was dry and soft, ensuring a really peaceful night's sleep. The overall environment was quiet and comfortable, making me feel as relaxed as I would at home. All my travel fatigue just melted away. It was a super restorative stay!

I'd stayed at a Wassim Hotel on the mainland before, and I was pleasantly surprised to find there's one in Korla, so I chose this brand again. The price was great, the service was very friendly, and the room was spotless. I also love the minimalist decor – it's clean and comfortable. I had breakfast in the morning and it was really extensive, especially the freshly baked small pancakes, which were delicious. Most importantly, one thing we really needed was the large parking lot – a blessing for new drivers like us. Thumbs up! 👍

Finally, I changed the room and it was much warmer The water temperature of the shower is difficult to adjust, it is either very hot, or it is cold after turning a little bit... The linens are tattered, let's not say throw them away and replace them with new ones, it's a bit wasteful, at least trim them Breakfast: It's really hard to say, the coffee is instant, the orange juice is powdered... There are not many types of food, the standard of three stars in the mainland It's average. When I chose the hotel, I thought it was the best in Korla, but I was still disappointed.
