I occasionally have the opportunity to travel to Korla City on business. My friend recommended me to book a room at Loulan Hotel. The experience was great! The lobby is spacious and bright, showing the Loulan culture. The dishes are exquisite, the breakfast is rich, the rooms are clean and warm, and it is adjacent to the central square. It is a century-old hotel and deserves its reputation! The long Silk Road and the long Loulan love!

Hygienic: clean and tidy, fresh air, dry and wet separation, do not disturb each other. The surrounding environment is good, located in the bustling area of the city center, dining, shopping, leisure and entertainment are rich, convenient transportation, parking service is humane, considerate and thoughtful, and the staff is warm and thoughtful. This is convenient. There was a problem when people booked the hotel. After communicating with Trip.com customer service butler and the hotel, they quickly resolved it, so that the tired and restless mood of travel immediately eased! Like the hotel service! Like Trip.com!

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, it is located in the city center, the Peacock River is downstairs, the night view is worth appreciating, the smart devices in the room are very easy to use, the breakfast is rich and complete in variety, parking is also very convenient, the underground parking lot leads directly to the hotel, I will stay here again next time.

GGuest UserI booked a 4th floor room and it was not clean. Hair all over the bathroom sink and shower area. Several pieces of floor tile are loose and the toilet has a strong sewage smell. After one awful night, I upgraded to a renovated room on the 3rd floor. Still not clean and hair and stain all over but at least there is no smell. The location is good and there are lots of restaurants around and the owner is nice and helpful.

HHengxinhuida房間佈置很温馨，床睡着比較舒服。收拾的比較乾淨整潔，裝修也不錯。房間相對來説沒那麼大，不過也夠用。還有洗衣房啥的，對出差的人比較友好。
酒店早餐也不錯，基本的都有。前台服務也不錯，還有免費的甜棗，茶。
可以開專票，這個也不錯。
位置比較好，離庫爾勒民俗博物館，絲路旅遊小鎮都比較近，步行幾分鐘的事，溜溜彎還不錯。絲路旅遊小鎮現在談不上景點，門口一條街都是各自餐廳，很不錯。吃飯很方便。

GGuest UserThe room is clean and comfortable, spacious and has new facilities. When booking online, I didn't notice that the suite had no windows. After arriving, the hotel upgraded me to a suite with windows for free, as well as free breakfast. The service was really great. The most important thing is that the environment is also good. It's close to the Peacock River and there is a hotel in front of the hotel. There is a food court, which is very convenient. Overall, I am very satisfied.
