"Every time I came to Korla for a business trip, I stayed at Lavande on Renmin East Road. This time I stayed at the newly opened Lavande on Shihua Avenue. The overall quality control of Lavande is very good. The environment and customer service staff, especially the lavender aromatherapy care, are very good. It’s also big. Maybe the Lavande store on Renmin East Road where I stayed before always delivered milk and fruits and provided disposable bath towels. The newly opened store on Shihua Avenue does not provide these. When I stayed, I heard the waiter said that it was newly opened less than February, so it was renovated. The smell was quite strong and I didn’t stay the next day. The breakfast was average. The room was a bit cold at night and my clothes couldn’t be dried after washing all night. The most regrettable thing is that the hotel is not smart. The touch dimming buttons are sometimes not sensitive. Everything else is good. ."
