Fantastic! All the staffs were super friendly and helpful and we exchanged a lot of conversations throughout our 4 nights stay. I booked 8 rooms and my whole family were satisfied with the stay. Only downside is some of the rooms are very far from the lift. Free laundry, airport to & fro pickup and self service beverages at the lobby. My first time in GuangZhou and will definitely be back again! Hope the staffs also enjoyed the biscuits I gifted them that I brought from Ipoh, Malaysia. Cheers! 🍻😄✌🏻

Meet the ideal homestay and start a healing journey During this trip, I was fortunate to stay at Yaxuan Hot Spring Homestay. The experience was perfect and I must praise it. As soon as I stepped into the homestay, the room made me shine. The simple yet warm decoration style, harmonious color matching, and the orange and gray bedding are lively yet calm. The room is spacious and bright, with excellent lighting. The large floor-to-ceiling windows bring the outside scenery into the room. It is so comfortable to wake up in the sunshine and birdsong in the morning. The hot spring pool of the homestay is a highlight. The private outdoor pool is surrounded by green plants and full of natural atmosphere. Soaking in the warm spring water, the fatigue of the day is dissipated, and there are cute little yellow ducks floating on the water, adding a bit of childishness. The scenery of the park is even more beautiful. The carefully maintained garden is lush with flowers and plants, and the paths are secluded. At night, the lights are on, warm and romantic. The tent area is uniquely designed, and camping here will definitely give you a different experience. There is also a heart-shaped light group full of design, which is very photogenic. Parents with children don’t have to worry at all, as there are a lot of children’s play facilities here. There are colorful slides, swings, etc., where children can play to their heart’s content. Pet-friendly is also a plus point, and seeing cute little animals makes my heart melt. When you are tired of playing, you can have an outdoor barbecue, with fresh ingredients, and enjoy the food in the beautiful scenery, which doubles the happiness. A very satisfying trip. The service of the front desk lady was very enthusiastic. There is also the Tianhou Temple nearby where you can camp. The hotel also has free camping equipment. In particular, the 5-kilometer luxury car pick-up service surprised me. The yacht club is especially suitable for filming and checking in. There are also many restaurants nearby. The hotel’s own restaurant food is also very delicious. In particular, I was upgraded to a room type, which made my experience full. I highly recommend staying in this hotel when you come to Nansha. I give a thumbs up to every staff member of the hotel.

Service is very customer-oriented. I arrived at airport and Jerry(Gerry?) via wx was very good at ensuring the pick up is smooth. Car is also very new and clean. The next day, I went to Guangzhou and reception was super-accommodating in letting me take the car which had passengers going to the airport, so I can take the airport MRT to town. On return, 張洁 was incredibly helpful in arranging for the driver to bring my luggage stored in the hotel to the airport to meet me. Such high-level service is not even available at the Ritz-Carlton or Grand Hyatt. This is a super hotel because, among its many other attributes, it has unparallelled service.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel during the Canton Fair. Its convenient location allows for easy walks to a shopping mall and places like KFC. Getting around was simple with readily available DiDi, taxis, and the train. While the soundproofing in the rooms wasn't the strongest, it didn't bother me. Breakfast was a decent Chinese buffet, and the coffee machine made good coffee. The free and punctual shuttle service to the Canton Fair was a definite plus. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help. The free laundry room was useful, and having our clothes folded by staff was a lovely touch. Special thanks to PJ (who speaks fluent English), Lili, Coco, and Yang for their excellent service. The hotel manager's welcoming presence each day was also appreciated. We would happily stay here again.

I was very satisfied with my stay at the hotel. The housekeeper Xuexue helped me with my luggage enthusiastically as soon as I entered the door. She was a very kind young lady. She saw us in the crowd at a glance. When I checked in, she poured tea for us and introduced breakfast, afternoon tea, etc. I was also pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the room. It was a big room, very bright, with all the disposable items, meticulous hygiene, complete facilities, hair dryers and TVs. Xuexue also brought me some fruit. The hotel staff greeted me warmly. The night view was also very beautiful at night. I was very satisfied with my stay. Haha, five-star praise support!

The B&B is hidden in a hundred-acre lychee forest. It is very unique. There are cabins and various parent-child theme rooms. We booked a tent theme, which the children liked very much. There is a large lychee forest outside the floor-to-ceiling window of the room. The room is clean and tidy, the housekeeper is warm and hospitable, and the meals are all vegetables grown by the farmers themselves and chickens raised, which are green and pollution-free The B&B activities are rich and colorful. You don’t need to go anywhere else. Just playing here is enough. We experienced baked branch bread and plant rubbings. The children participated in the whole process, and the experience and sense of achievement were full. They also went to the fields to pick mulberries and vegetables There are no lychees now, and we plan to wait until July and August when the lychees are ripe to go again
