I recently had the pleasure of staying at hotel Windsor and over all it was comfortable the housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping the room spotless the hote is conveniently located I would definitely recommend it and look forward to returning in the future. 4

To tell the truth, this five-star is not as good as the other punache I live in this city, that is, Punache does not have a swimming pool. The city is not quite a few hotels in the city center. The lemon tree is connected with the pinachr. Both hotels are not bad

The staff was wonderful but the rooms were quite small and the outside noise made sleep occasionally difficult. Nice location if you want to visit Patna Museum, Golghar, and a very elegant shopping mall.

over all experience was good location was not that much better but hotel was clean and environment was good… staff was also good some are not . i have taken cab service also for airport… that was also good with reasonable price 500-600 around they charged me for cab to the airport which is 3km from the hostel thank you … u must visit…

It is a very reasonably priced hotel right next to the railway station and yet away from the noise. The facilities are decent and the restaurant serves real good food. The room service is fast and the people very warm and cordial.

The hotel is very good, located in a prime location in the heart of the city facing towards the famous gandhi maidan in patna. Staff including security, front desk team, house keeping team are very cooperative and supportive. The room was good as expected. The food quality of this place is actually amazing you try anything from the menu i assure you that you feel fantastic, we tried the traditional lit-ti choka, sweet sattu drink and the main course everything was yummy. Recommended for travellers.

It was an excellent stay with excellent staff excellent facilities and heart warming hospitality. The way they served food and cared for the customer was commendable. GGuest UserI had the pleasure of staying at hotel maurya on new year’s eve, and i must say, the experience was outstanding. The hotel has clearly made some great improvements in both its services and management. This time, my stay was far better than before. I was on the map plan, and the dinner was absolutely amazing. The bhuna mutton, paired with rice and dal, was delicious, and the jaggery lauki kheer was a perfect finish. The hospitality was exceptional, with the staff ensuring that i had everything i needed. They truly went above and beyond in taking care of me, from my food to my overall comfort. I’d like to give a special mention to a few staff members who stood out: mr. Tiwari from housekeeping
mr. Javed in the restaurant
mr. Tauseef and mr. Srivastava, the dining managers
chef mr. Jha, who prepared some amazing food
at the front desk, ms. Swati singh and mr. Pankaj (if i recall correctly)
even the breakfast the next morning was fantastic. My short visit to patna was made truly memorable by the wonderful staff at hotel maurya, and i look forward to staying here again the next time i’m in the city.

GGuest UserStay was overall good. No disturbance was there. Rooms were clean and smell free. But in the service time there can be improvement. The kitchen is not serving most of the food in the menu. But the coffee was really nice. Service response time overall it was good experience.
