"Hotel provided a really good bed and clean toilet. However, things like slippers, better quality soap and shampoo, amenities like toothbrush were so basic it made the experience feel cheap. I think i would jave given it a higher rating if they were consistent in their toiletries amenities as their bed."

"I booked a one-night stay in a room for one person. The room had an air-con but the hotel refused to give me the remote control device to turn it on. I did not know I had to book a different room to get the air-con working. I asked them repeatedly to upgrade and pay the difference in cash but they insisted not to allow an upgrade even though I had no upgrade option available in the Trip App. They wanted me to forgo the booking I did and book a room with an air-con at full price. I refused to waste the booking I did and they insisted not to take money and upgrade my room, so I ended up staying in an extremely hot room that night, which was unusually hot compared to the temperature outside. The room was very basic despite being big. No shampoo was available in the bathroom."
