"Room was nice and comfortable though carpet had not been vacuumed in a long time.
Had a massage at the spa. Extremely disorganized and inexperienced massuese. With 30 minutes notice of my arrival there were no towels or robes ready. She kept bringing things one at a time even while i waz naked getting into the shower- bath mat, then robe, then robe belt, then towel, then slippers. I told her i just want back massage and done strong but i had to keep telling her where to rub and to be stronger.
Other than that the facility was nice
I used on line booking to book one day, then two more days then three more days. I always book for two but om the last three days something went wrong and somehow got booked only 1 person. Desk attendant told me $55 a day to change to two person. I think the app which i didn’t use the first two times defaulted to kne person and i didn’t have a chance to select two person
It waa extremely difficult to get a drink at the bar.
I did manage to get a drink at the bar then moved to a table. When i got the bill for items at the tae, the drink i had already paid for was on the bill. The waitress corrected it, thankfui had the bar receipt in my pocket"

"Clean and great location. Lacking in customer service - we were on the 18th floor, which was a good view but we had some party people beside us each night, keeping us up at night (3-4am) I would think security would notice and tell them to shut it down.
Pool was clean, hot pool was not functional.
Breakfast buffet was wonderful - alot to choose from and staff was constantly refreshing the food."

"At first when we arrived for check in ,they couldn't find our reservation, we had to wait for the receptionist to get on to the manager and sort out the issue , while we waitied we got complementary breakfast ,which was not included in our reservation, this i was very pleased with .. After breakfast we got our room and i must say very clean , spacious n comfortable room .. The staff was so nice and friendly, especially the girl worker .. will definitely recommend.."

RRashidabyMy stay was okay, good location close to amazing restaurants and the multi plaza mall. Breakfast and bar was okay with friendly staff. However the flaws were the room was freezing cold; tried to adjust but remained cold. Turned off the ac for the entire trip but was never hot. Room needs more amenities; offered only coffee we had to ask for tea, no bathrobes or slippers. Also house keeping cleaned rooms at 4 and later when guests are returning from a long day and need to enter. Not a bad hotel but needs to fix those issues.

If you are on a business trip and have a limited budget, this hotel is a good choice. But if you can get a little more budget, don't live here. The facilities, sanitation, and breakfast are very general. If the budget is increased by one hundred to two hundred, it can be very significant.
If the budget card is dead, boys can stay, girls still recommend themselves to make up for a little better, or bring their own disposable sheets and quilts.

GGuest UserThe rooms are spacious, I got one like this, not all the rooms have a working safe, I had to move, they write that there is a safe, and then look up in surprise. I read in the reviews that the air conditioner was noisy, it hums like a turbine, I have never seen such air conditioners before, it is fixed at the bottom, square, the fan can be heard even behind the door, it is a problem to fall asleep. The staff is normal, France Square is nearby, it is beautiful, it is easy to get to the Panama Canal, there is trade right on the street around, I like it. There is a good cafe-canteen about 200 meters away, you move with a tray, you see the prepared food and show what to put on it, it is important when you do not know the language, there are first and second courses, inexpensive, tasty.

Art Casco is hands-down one of the most stylish and comfortable boutique hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Casco Viejo, with historic charm all around and just steps from the waterfront, restaurants, and beautiful architecture.
From the moment I arrived, the staff were absolutely amazing—so warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. There was a bit of confusion about my second day of booking, even though I had paid online.
