The hotel is very clean, the rooms are very comfortable, and the front desk service is very good.

Although this isn't the big brand name chain hotels, I had a great stay here as well. The beds are comfortable and the customer service at the reception is superb. The rooms are clean. The decor is chinese styled and cosy. Location wise isn't next to malls but you can find some shops and convenient shops within walking distance.

They booked my trip to the Genghis Khan Mausoleum at a discounted price of RMB300/- The mausoleum occupies a big area and during this time, it is not crowded. A must for any foreign traveller. The old building has been renovated, the facilities are well maintained, and the rooms and public areas are clean and hygienic, which is well received. The best Holiday Inn Express ever 👍 This is the last stop of our trip to Inner Mongolia with my sisters, don’t be too satisfied! It was already very late when we arrived at the hotel, but the lady at the front desk was still very patient and helped add quilts and buckwheat pillows 💖 The soda water provided upon check-in is super delicious! Jasmine YYDS We helped bring out coffee for breakfast. The breakfast included fruits, fried cakes, local milk tea, steamed buns, coffee, soy milk, and milk. It was very rich. The front desk also prepared super cute balloon bracelets. It will really make you feel good when you receive a cute little stool! Nice stay. Will come again next time!

The breakfast was rich in variety, the freshly cooked soup noodles and Chinese and Western snacks were amazing, and the coffee was so fragrant that it refreshed people. The most touching thing was the service details: the cleaning lady would tidy up the room spotlessly every day, and also hand-wrote the weather reminder card. When I returned to the room at night, I found that the warm goodnight sweet soup was prepared by the bedside. When I left the hotel, the staff took the initiative to help carry the luggage and sent souvenirs. Such attentive service is definitely worth staying in again and again!

I drove home for the New Year and encountered heavy snow, so I had to find a hotel to stay in halfway. My father and I took our three children and searched all the hotels with family rooms. This one seemed to have good value for money and was very close to the highway. The environment was the same as in the photos. As soon as the children entered the door, they jumped into various toys and couldn't wait to take off their shoes and clothes, sweeping away the tiredness and frustration of our journey. The children played by themselves, and my dad and I also had time to rest. I forgot to take pictures of the bunk beds, they were so childish. The hotel staff were very welcoming. They delivered warm mineral water, prepared snacks and fruits for the children, delivered warm hot water when we left, and gave the children and us New Year gifts. The child accidentally wet the bed and no one said anything. Temporary accommodation, no compromise at all.
