"Amazing hotel just across from Nuremberg main station, and also old town. Room with atrium view is basically room with windows but NO views except other rooms’ windows. But totally fine as long as the room is clean. comfortable and well provided, which it is. Shower is a little too weak but it seems to be standard across most hotels in Germany. The daily macaroons provided from housekeeping is lovely lovely ❤️❤️. Definitely coming back to this hotel again."

"They charge to use the pool 10 euros per stay I don't understand why it's not included. Also they need to work on the air conditioning temperature and keep it at 23 and so in July it's just simply warm and wasn't able to use any covers. No soap no toothbrush no toothpaste no amenities really to speak of in the room. I love the location it's 200 m from the train station and very easy to get into the old town. The pool was a good size and I used it every day although it does close at 10:00 p.m. . I did not partake in the breakfast because I thought it was slightly pricey. I would stay here again but not in the summer The staff also needs to learn about the restaurants in the vicinity they seem somewhat unknowledgeable regarding the subject."

The room including bathroom are spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful. I will recommend this hotel to friends who will be visiting Nuremberg."

I walked barefoot at first, but I didn't put on my slippers until I found that the soles of my feet were completely dusty. There is an iron gate at the gate that requires a code to open the door, but there is no instruction on how to open it from the inside. If there is more Clear guidance would be better. The service is really average, because they require self-check-in. I have already read the message when booking, so I took the initiative to contact them after booking, hoping to learn how to self-check-in in advance. However, after many times of contact through the platform, they still refused to inform me and only said that they would be notified 24 hours in advance. Even 24 hours ago, I still didn't receive it, so I had to proactively contact the booking platform. I took screenshots of the search results in the email to prove that I had not received any emails. Finally, I obtained the other party's email address through the platform and proactively Send an email. In the end, I didn't actually receive a self-check-in method. I found it through their website and then checked in myself. I think they can inform the check-in process in advance to reduce guests' concerns. "

До центрального вокзала 25 минут, но там так красиво, что времени не замечаешь😁 очень вкусный завтрак, большой выбор блюд, не пожалела, что взяла. Фото прикладываю. Единственное, после 10 вечера стойка ресепшена не работает, но доступ в отель есть по вашей карточке гостя. В номере есть вентилятор на случай, если станет жарко."

"the room was beautiful and spacious, and breakfast was adequate, though some variety would have been a bonus. quiet location away from the hustle and bustle was something we appreciated! however, perhaps we’re not used to this, but no water and no fridge were provided. also, there was a constant sewage smell from the toilet bowl. overall, still a pleasant stay and good value for what we paid:)"
