"I recently closed on some property in Evanston and needed a place to stay. I knew this hotel for years from the outside and was very happy with the room once I got in. It’s modern and clean and overall very nice. The only problem I had was the sheer size of the complex and the maze of hallways in order to find my room."

"Overall a good budget suite style hotel to stay at after getting off a long flight. Everything is pretty standard. Interior has typical but dated decoration of that late 90s early 2000s style. The thermostat in the room is probably older than I am (millennial), and its settings were limited with no indication of commanded temperature- just hot or cold. Hotel staff was extremely polite and helpful even when checking in at almost 10pm. And there’s an attached Outback Steakhouse which was a plus when checking in so late and not wanting to go out to get food. I would definitely stay again."

"We stayed here on a 2 day vacation after getting married (not the honeymoon). We were on the 7th floor so we thought it would be rather quiet, or, at least, not too much ambient noise from outside. We were wrong. We heard cars, sirens and utility trucks like they were right outside our window. We heard the elevator ding every time someone called for one. The walls (exterior and interior) must be very thin compared to every other hotel we've been to. We ordered Chinese from a nearby restaurant and it was very good, but we had way more than we could finish. Opened up the fridge and it was turned off! We turned it on high and it never got very cold. We probably should have called the front desk, but instead we told them on the way out. The ice machine was broken on our floor and the vending machine would not take credit cards. The rooms are dated. The bathroom lights are very bright and only one switch for all of them. When going to the bathroom in the middle of the night you are blinded. This is ridiculous. There should be a way of illuminating in at least 2 stages or at least don't install concert lighting. The staff were not friendly nor inviting. The pillows and sheets were nice, but the bet was very uncomfortable. All in all I would never stay here again and wish I had seen a review like this when I researched area hotels."

"If you need to be close to the Airport this hotel is perfect, very modern, good food, has a great pool and Gym, Starbucks and free shuttle bus to the airport. It's a fair bit away from the city but you can take the blue line all the way in to the city centre. It's a quiet area but a plenty of places to get food nearby. The only negative from my own perspective would be no free laundry room and the room cleaning seemed to be at completely random times. Other than that I'd happily use this hotel again when in Chicago."
