"The hotel offers good facilities like the pool, and the breakfast, even over a 4-day stay, remains enjoyable due to the variety in the offerings. Additionally, free parking is a nice perk. However, I was disappointed that the safe in my room was not functioning and wasn’t repaired during our 4-night stay. Another downside was the hotel's policy of not making the beds or changing towels during the first 3 nights. On a positive note, when I requested fresh towels, they provided them promptly."

"I have tasted the breakfast here. It is not suitable for Chinese tastes. I feel very comfortable with my friends. The environment is big enough, the surrounding area is quiet, there is no Chinese TV on the TV, there are several restaurants outside the hotel, shopping is by car, I The friend is responsible for the traffic, so I can't tell the traffic problem."

"I recently closed on some property in Evanston and needed a place to stay. I knew this hotel for years from the outside and was very happy with the room once I got in. It’s modern and clean and overall very nice. The only problem I had was the sheer size of the complex and the maze of hallways in order to find my room."

"Overall a good budget suite style hotel to stay at after getting off a long flight. Everything is pretty standard. Interior has typical but dated decoration of that late 90s early 2000s style. The thermostat in the room is probably older than I am (millennial), and its settings were limited with no indication of commanded temperature- just hot or cold. Hotel staff was extremely polite and helpful even when checking in at almost 10pm. And there’s an attached Outback Steakhouse which was a plus when checking in so late and not wanting to go out to get food. I would definitely stay again."

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere—perfect for getting a good night's rest before my flight. The hotel also has a well-maintained fitness center, which was an added bonus.Overall, the value for money at this Holiday Inn is excellent. "If you need to be close to the Airport this hotel is perfect, very modern, good food, has a great pool and Gym, Starbucks and free shuttle bus to the airport. It's a fair bit away from the city but you can take the blue line all the way in to the city centre. It's a quiet area but a plenty of places to get food nearby. The only negative from my own perspective would be no free laundry room and the room cleaning seemed to be at completely random times. Other than that I'd happily use this hotel again when in Chicago."

"Just need a hotel close to the airport for the next 15hrs long flight. Services are good and the shuttle runs 24hrs. Also they give out free chocolate chip cookies. Very secured area and they have parking lot security for people who have their personal car. Keep in mind the fee for parking is $20."
