"I had a really good stay at Tree Monkey Hostel. The room felt comfortable and had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower facilities were clean and easy to use. I also liked that you can choose between hot and cold water anytime - simple but very practical. It’s a pretty basic setup, but in a good way - it covers all the essentials without feeling like anything is missing. For me, it was more than enough. One of the highlights was the staff. The woman handling check-in was very friendly and welcoming. Even though her English isn’t perfect, communication was still easy. She’s very accommodating and always tries to help or find a solution, which I really appreciated. The location is also great, with restaurants nearby and the beach within easy reach, so it’s very convenient overall. One thing to mention is that there were some drain flies in the room. That said, they didn’t bother me much - especially at night when sleeping, I barely noticed them. It might be something to keep in mind, but for me personally it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay with very friendly and helpful service."

"We enjoyed the holiday at Chaweng Bay View Resort by Smith & Appy. We booked a room with sea view. The views from the terrace are beautiful on the sea and the rooms have beautiful gardens. The room is large, there are all necessary: refrigerator, teapot, fan, safe. We were cleaned in 5 days only once. Breakfasts with 8:00-11:00. A convenient time for those who like to sleep. Also at the recept we bought a tour for a sea walk with dolphins. The departure was at 8:00. They arrived at 7:10 for breakfast, the staff were in the process of preparing breakfast, but they did not leave us hungry. Thank you very much for the service and understanding 🙏🏻 The hotel is located on a rocky area and the hides are difficult on foot, but the staff can always take you to a room or a restaurant on the golf cart. 🛻 In the spa area, there will be a class sauna with a view of panoramic sea. But unfortunately we left before the repair was over. If we return to Samui again, we choose this hotel and go 🙌🏻"

"The hotel staff and the owner were very good! They even have a friendly cat who will accompany you during the stay! However, the friendliness and kindness of the staff and owner will not help with the comfort of your stay! The rooms have a good view of the ocean, however they're small and the structure is built on some metal platform. So if the guests on the other room walk around or even talk, you can not only hear their footsteps, but the entire structures shakes. Also, for the 2 nights we stayed there, the guests in our next room were watching TV and we couldn't sleep well because of the noise. The rooms have zero sound proofing and the entire structure just shakes. Its okay for a short stay, however for the amount we were charged, it was definitely not t worth it. Even the high season doesn't justify the price we paid."

"I stayed at this hotel on the first day because it was night to arrive at Koh Samui. It was about 7 minutes walk from the airport, so I was able to get to the hotel immediately and rest. There was a 7-Eleven on the way, so I was able to shop for water and breakfast the next day. The hotel check-in was informed of the key box PIN from the contact form of trip.com in advance, so I immediately entered the room. There is no front desk and there is no staff, but when I asked a question by email, I immediately replied, so there is no problem at all. The room had a comfortable lemongrass aromarifuser, so I was able to sleep all night in a good scent. The towel also smelled very good, so it was very good. I was also happy that all the beverages and snacks were free. The cospa was really good, the location and cleanliness of the room were all the best for the price."
