New Hotels in Hakone

"We happened upon this hotel a few days before our trip and made a reservation. It's rare to find a hotel that can accommodate a family of four, so we were initially attracted by the fact that this one is 70 square meters and can accommodate six people. Perhaps because it was last-minute and we didn't do much research, we booked it because it was an incredible price, but when we looked into it later, we were surprised to find that it had just opened and was well-equipped. When we actually visited, we were surprised by how comfortable the space was, even more so than we expected, and our whole family screamed with joy. The amenities and appliances were top-notch. The large bath was filled with free-flowing hot spring water. With a projector, stylish lighting, a large balcony where we could have a barbecue, and more, it was truly a flawless facility. None of us wanted to leave. We even said we wanted to live in a house like this. We're so grateful for the wonderful summer memories we've made. We'd love to return every month, but I doubt we'd be able to stay at a price like this again. We'll work hard and earn enough money to return!"

"To be fair, wasnt able to stay in the hotel since realised only 1 day before check in date that - there isn't luggage holding or storage available - yamato does not pick up luggage from here - go apps does not help since no taxi driver accepts pick up from this location As we were travelling as a relatively big family with more than 6 big luggages and owner did not response to my reachout timely, the location and inconveniences to arrange for transport resulted in us changing our itinerary and missing out on staying in the hotel. We feedback to owner and Trip.com for mitigation if we can get some refund back, but to no avail. All in all while we understand its not owner's fault, I do wish they could reply promptly on enquiries and also review their cancellation and refund policy."
