"We stayed in a room with a private pool. It was very beautiful and cozy. Following the local 'classic' style, the toilet didn't have a proper door, just a curtain, which takes some getting used to, but overall, we really liked the room. The hotel itself is small, with a reception. The staff are very responsive and friendly—always ready to help, and any requests were promptly fulfilled. We enjoyed the breakfasts. They are à la carte, with a good selection, and delivered directly to your room. You just need to inform them the day before what time you'd like it. The coffee wasn't very good, though. As for the downsides, there's a lot of construction and bad roads around the hotel. However, the construction noise was barely audible in our room, so it didn't disturb our stay. We were very satisfied with our time at this hotel."

"The staff are incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere is great. The room is clean and gets tidied daily. They also restock bottled water, coffee, and tea every day. There's a convenient luggage rack, which was very helpful. I loved relaxing on the balcony with a view of the greenery. Personally, it would have been perfect if there had been a refrigerator."

"The stay at Hilton Garden Inn Nusa Dua was extremely enjoyable; the rooms were immaculately clean, and the brand-new hotel experience added to the overall enjoyment of the stay. Absolutely loved the new gym and pool. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and I highly recommend this hotel. Dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious, and we will return to this hotel again. I have attached breakfast we had to the hotel and dinner was nasi goreng with satay chicken and prawn balimese red spice and the fish option from the dinner menu and tarte dessert with ice-cream. Tjere is restaurant nearby with massage options as well only 2 to. 3.min walking distance if you dine out. Thank you Hilton and the Staff truly memorable trip."

"Excellent villa with a great atmosphere, fully equipped with everything you need. It has a stove, dishes, coffee maker, kettle, water dispenser, TV, hairdryer, air conditioning, and toiletries, including body lotion. The equipment and appliances are modern. Breakfasts can be ordered on-site, and there's a good selection on the menu, including healthy food. The hotel also arranges all necessary services (in-room massage or even yoga). The villa is located a bit out of the way, so it's not really walkable. We rented a scooter, so getting around wasn't an issue. The pool water was a very comfortable temperature, making it enjoyable even in the rain, cloudy weather, or in the evening. We arrived around midnight and were met (the hotel transfer was free!) and checked in without any problems. It's not far from the airport, about 20-30 minutes by car. The staff are friendly and responsive. I would recommend adding more hooks for towels and bathrobes in the bathroom, as there's currently only one. We are very happy with our choice, thank you for your hospitality and hard work!!!"

"Excellent! My husband and I traveled together, and the room was spotless. Facilities: Excellent Environment: Beautiful Service: Excellent. This stay was fantastic! From the moment we entered, we felt the high-quality environment and professional service. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was exceptionally comfortable, and the facilities were complete. The staff were polite and welcoming, and responded to our needs very promptly. Overall, it was great value for money, and I would definitely choose this place again!"

"It is impossible to sleep completely - the dog is lying, write every 5 minutes what electronic shit and the terrible noise from the road. And also I regularly smelled urine on the second floor. I don't even imagine where. Near the pool the territory is just a fairy tale! But the dirt on the kitchen, the smell and the noise - not for the weak I ask to change the bed at once, because it seems they do not change after the guests."

"Everything in the resort are new and modern. Located not far from center , easily get a Taxi or motor bike to the Palace where all the shops and restaurants located. The room provided 65” TV , it's clean , no insects were found. I guess they don't provide breakfast, i didn't see anyone have breakfast in hotel. Services was good. swimming pool not big. Anyway, highly recommend to those who don't expect to spend time in resort."

"Excellent location, 5 minutes by bike to the ocean. The cleanliness is top-notch, with daily housekeeping. The premium room had everything you need if you wanted to stay and cook in the room: a toaster, juicer, cutlery, and more. Laundry service is available on site or around the corner. The staff is helpful and friendly, ready to help with anything. If you're on the 4th floor, be prepared for the lack of an elevator—we were glad it was there, at least we had some exercise. Our room had a beautiful view of the mountains and sea."

"5-Star Stay at Fairfield by Marriott Bali Kuta Ngurah Rai (with one small caveat). From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the staff made all the difference. Check-in was seamless, and every team member, whether at reception, in the restaurant, or around the property was genuinely attentive and eager to help. Their warmth and sincerity turned a good stay into a memorable one. The room itself was spacious and spotlessly clean, with every amenity you could need. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, perfect for sinking into after a long day exploring Bali. As of Nov 2025, the hotel looks brand new. Breakfast offered a solid variety: Asian, Western, and local options, plus fresh juices, soda, and milk. It may not rival the sprawling buffets of luxury resorts, but it was more than enough to leave you happily full. One note: Sound from a nearby mosque can carry early in the morning. If you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs or request a room farther from the street side. Despite that, I’d wholeheartedly recommend Fairfield by Marriott Bali Kuta Ngurah Rai. Excellent value, outstanding staff, and a clean, comfortable base for your Bali adventures. Will definitely return!"
