"I'm so happy I chose this hotel for my stay in Changu. For the first few days with my mom, we didn't even want to leave the hotel. We stayed in both the ”Grand” Suite and a regular Suite (the projector in the latter created a special ambiance). We just wanted to spend more time in those beautiful rooms (visuals 100/100😍). Housekeeping was daily, and the scent of the soaps and bath products was simply wonderful. Every day there were activities (yoga, Pilates, workshops). I only went to Pilates (because it was in the afternoon 😊), but my mom managed to get up for 8 AM yoga and always came back very positive (which is a +100 mood booster 🤗). The hotel staff is incredibly responsive. Communication via WhatsApp chat was very convenient. The hotel team organized an excellent birthday celebration for me 🥳, and I was so touched. In that moment, it felt like all my friends had come to celebrate with me 🤗. Steve, a very charming and attentive gentleman, helped with various issues. The responsive Meta helped me sort out my departure, and I'm especially grateful to her 🙏. The lovely Dini, so sweet and welcoming, always genuinely tried to answer any questions and keep conversations going. She also led an incense-making workshop and greeted us with a ritual on our first day. I couldn't remember all the names, but I remember everyone. The guy at the bar who happily helped me shoot reels 😊. The guy who helped with the car late on my birthday night. The reception ladies are wonderful 🫶. In the restaurant, the staff paid close attention to my requests. The breakfast had plenty of food, and it was quite tasty and varied (my mom was absolutely delighted). It was an unexpected and pleasant surprise to receive a gift from the hotel upon departure 🫶. This hotel will forever stay in my heart, and if I ever come to Bali again, I will definitely stay here ♥️♥️♥️."

"I really have a great time here! Although it is not nearby the art market or palace, but you can take grab bike to the night market or shopping street just 15 mins. This place is really natural and peaceful because it is far away from the crowds. The facilities are all very amazing! The air-con, the bed, the pool. Everything is just so perfect. I really have a great time here without any plans. Also, the staff are very nice and helpful, always have prompt response. I will definitely choose again if I travel in Ubud."

"Overall, I had a great stay at Nuju. • Overall: The room was very well equipped and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the powerful hair dryer. • Service: The team was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Check-in was smooth, and I appreciated that the staff proactively offered assistance and sincerely sought guest feedback for continuous improvement. • Food & Beverage: I really appreciated the attention to detail throughout the dining experience. The welcome gin soda was a lovely touch, and the food was excellent overall. Suggestions for improvement Room design (for future consideration) • The bathroom lighting could be brighter. Even with the lights on and the curtains open, it was difficult to apply makeup in the morning. • A master light switch would be a great addition, allowing guests to turn off all the lights at once before bed. If this isn’t feasible in the short term, it would be helpful if the room orientation could include where all the individual light switches are located. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and appreciated the thoughtful hospitality."

"Our stay was excellent, the hotel is new and the staff very helpful and polite. We had a massage at the spa 2 times, amazing experience with the river to listen to. The food was also quite good and at good prices. But the most important thing was the pool and the view with tropical trees as well as the river that flows next to the hotel, there is access by wooden bridge to rice fields. The room was excellent, we chose the triple room with a pool (which was with hot water) and we enjoyed it to the fullest every night. Access is also easy because it is next to the main road and close to Tegallalang. Definitely one of my favorite hotels."

"Rested in this hotel with the family from August 15 to August 20 (taken breakfast accommodation). The hotel really feels like a completely new one. Very beautiful and modern design, from the respiratory zone to the room decoration. ✨ Plus and what was very liked: Staff: Incredibly attentive, kind and polite staff. They love children very much, our child was delighted with such a relationship. Breakfasts: Very tasty and varied. Great plus for having a great cappuccino in the breakfast menu. Basin: The heated pool under the open sky is just a boil! The child was impressed by the evening swimming under the stars. Territory: The whole area of the hotel is very clean, green and furnished. On the territory a couple of times saw little lizards, but for Bali it is absolutely normal, it wasn't scary for us. ⚠️ Minus and what to pay attention: Cleaning in the room: This is the weakest side of the hotel. The floor is poorly washed, bed linen has not changed every day. For guests the cleanliness of the room is critical, the management should pay attention to this and raise clining standards. Smells in the room: The ventilation went a little unpleasant smell. You had to either keep the air conditioner on permanently or open the windows for ventilation. Location: The hotel is quite far from the center of Ubuda and the roads around it are very narrow. It is not convenient to walk, so it is necessary to take a bike or car for trips to the center or Bali. Summary: If the quality of cleaning, the valuation would be maximum. The hotel is excellent, but the management needs to work on clinking in the rooms."

"Arrived at Jj Jivana before check-in time. Check-in still started at 2 PM, but I could leave my luggage at reception beforehand. When 2 PM came, I registered with no deposit and got a clean Deluxe Mezzanine room, complete with a welcome cake. All the staff, from reception onwards, were incredibly friendly. While waiting for check-in, I was offered a refreshing iced lemongrass ginger welcome drink and a cold towel to refresh my face. During check-in, they explained that all amenities were complete, including cooking pots, cutlery, and plates. There's even a washing machine; you just need to bring your own detergent. The bed area upstairs was incredibly soft and comfortable, both the mattress and pillows. The sofabed in front of the TV was also clean and comfortable. Breakfast was à la carte, available at the rooftop or delivered to the room. I chose the Nusantara breakfast set, which included fried rice with egg and satay, a delicious Putu cake dessert, and mayo risol. The fruit platter had melon, orange, watermelon, and pineapple. I also had tea and fresh pineapple juice. Although I didn't get to try the gym and rooftop pool, they looked great and worth checking out. The hotel is also close to Berawa Beach, behind Finns. I'd love to stay here again next time. Thank you to all the wonderful hotel staff!"

"The room was very new and clean, and the service was excellent. They helped with luggage, and every staff member was polite and proactively attentive. We used the filtered water for two days, and it was super clear, so we felt comfortable washing with it, but you have to be quick because the hot water runs out if too many people shower back-to-back, and you have to wait. It would be better if there were shelves for towels and toiletries in the bathroom, and there was no trash can in the room. It would also be great to have a rack on the balcony for drying swimsuits and towels. The bed was very comfortable and good for sleeping. The breakfast was just okay. The pool only had two lounge chairs, which made it inconvenient to relax if someone was swimming. For the price, I think it's already very good, but it would be even better if the small details were addressed!"

"Our stay at Maua Olea Ubud was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel genuinely welcome. Waking up surrounded by the peaceful tropical atmosphere was one of the highlights of our stay. The restaurants were another highlight. The food was excellent, beautifully presented, and the service was fantastic. Breakfast in particular was a wonderful way to start the day, with plenty of delicious options and a lovely atmosphere. The bar and dining areas were also perfect places to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The spa was another wonderful part of the experience. It was the perfect place to unwind, and the level of care and attention made the experience feel truly special. The hotel itself is stunning. It feels peaceful and secluded while still being close enough to everything you want to experience in Ubud. The architecture, greenery, pool area, and overall design create a beautiful sense of calm that makes it very easy to switch off and relax. Putri — Spa: Thank you for the wonderful care and attention. You made our spa experience incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. Ayu Ade — Barista: Thank you for the wonderful coffee and for always being so friendly and welcoming. Your attention to detail and warm personality really stood out. These are the kinds of people who make a hotel more than just a beautiful place to stay. Their genuine hospitality is what makes Maua Olea Ubud truly special. Maua Olea Ubud exceeded our expectations in every way. If you're looking for a beautiful, peaceful, luxurious place to stay in Ubud with exceptional service and wonderful people, I couldn't recommend it highly enough. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily return. 10/10!"

"Really enjoyed my stay at Skyline Sanur. The place was only about 3 weeks old when I stayed, so everything was brand new, although they were still adding furniture and doing some minor work. The compound is lovely and peaceful, especially by the shaded pool in the afternoon. I was initially given Room 01 and stayed one night, but it was quite noisy from the AC and some dog barking, plus it faced the common area. I asked to move and they kindly accommodated me. I'd recommend getting a second-floor room if you can. The staff are really friendly and helpful. They're still a new team, so hopefully they'll become a little more confident handling requests directly rather than always referring things to remote reservation management. They were also very helpful with storing our luggage while we went to Nusa Penida for three days, which I really appreciated. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Still a few things to iron out, but definitely a place with lots of potential."
