I can’t wait to return! Don’t think twice about it. I am traveling in a group of 5, I myself single in the studio worked beautifully. From arrival we were greeted at the airport quickly to the property where we were met once again with a warm welcome and orientation of our home for the next 6 days. Their story can be found on their website and is worth a read. We participated in their yoga classes, meditation, sistrum, ice bath, sound healing sessions. Kim is amazing and has impacted my life in a way no one else could touch. I wonder if she knows? A good selection from their breakfast menu was included, enjoyed it next to the pool near the ocean across the way. Potato Head was the first week of our journey to Bali and I now believe it when they say that when the stars align, you’ll know it. And Fysh, if you could be so blessed to meet her here. She took care of our group with her heart and it is still felt! I’m not going to ruin it for you. Kanishka provided us with the ideal holiday in Bali! It is centrally located in Seminyak. Just walk out the door and there are all the shops, restaurants and facilities. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean. Our room came with a private pool. The staff are friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Kanishka!

The West In Hotel is a real great resort. Best stay for families. Everyone is really friendly and always smiling. The room and the bed is clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the huge choice for breakfast. Also the swimming pool including the guide there is very nice stay.

Just back from our wonderful stay. This was our first visit for me, my husband and our kids aged 8 and 10. Everyone was wonderful, accommodating and kind. We all felt at home and their service really made our holiday. Special mention must go to Smiley and Alit. They are both such amazing people - they were an endless source of entertainment to my kids, especially playing football with my son. They seemed to know every guest by first name and nothing was too much trouble for them. The pool is stunning and well maintained, along with the gardens. The breakfast was also fantastic. We were sad to say goodbye and can't wait to come back :) Tip: Try Oil & Vinegar nearby for lunch or dinner - it was incredible.

This new hotel is located in Canggu. The facilities are very new and the rooms are not as decorated as the reviews said. Canggu is a surfing paradise for young people. It is young and energetic, and I have become younger. The surrounding areas are mainly bars, burgers, and plazas. , nothing delicious...

Tucked away in a quaint village far from the maddening crowds in Canggu et al, this is a retreat to recharge and get away from it all. The property is architecturally interesting and the room is unusually vertical, designed as a treehouse, with a bathtub and open air relaxing area at the top. The infinity pool is surprisingly deep, and there is a natural cascading waterfall right in front of it. Absolutely hidden gem of a place.

Puri Bagus Resort in Lovina is heavenly. Everything from the lovely, detached villa, to the infinity pool is delightful. We stayed a week enjoying the beach, pool, sunsets, spa treatments, cultural show, food and beverage, and surroundings. The Deluxe Ocean Villa is a stone's throw from the beach and is very spacious with a huge main room, ocean view patio, large bathroom and showers both inside and outdoors (in a secluded space off the bathroom). Spa treatment is excellent and very affordable. The outdoor, yet private, spa treatment setting is spectacular with a close-up beach view, and beautiful pools of water and fountains around you. Yoga class can be arranged with the resort's very talented instructor, also director of the spa. Yoga takes place in a special building with glass doors opening onto the beautifully landscaped resort grounds and Bali Sea. Breakfast by the pool is a treat and features all you can eat hot and cold specialties from a buffet. Eggs and other items made to order. The management and staff are exceptionally friendly, efficient and professional. Customer service is a high priority for this staff. In the surrounding area, we enjoyed nearby waterfalls in the mountains, and hot spring swimming parks, both in the mountains and on the shore. Cooking classes can be found at the resort or within walking distance at Warung Bambu Pemaron. Lovina is a fun town to visit (free shuttle from the resort in the mornings). We stayed at Puri Bagus in 2016 as well and thoroughly enjoyed our visits on both stays. With the south of Bali becoming so much more crowded and noiser, we prefer the peace and tranquility of the north.

I was a very first guest of Cicada Ubud, an Autograph Collection by Marriott Bali Ubud and I came here for the staycation on August 22, 2024. First, from the arrival side review, the review result was excellent and beyond expectation, i was warm welcomed and greet by the General Manager Ibu Reka from the main door of the lobby hotel, this was making me so special, valued and having so memorable arrival experience with Autograph Brand, especially with Cicada Ubud. Also a huge thanks to Ophan, Kartika, and Ina from the front office and guest service, the check in process was so excellent and flawless. I also enjoyed my welcome drink made from a refreshing butterfly pea , its very refreshing, warm and pampering welcome experience of Cicada Ubud. This is a hidden gem for a serene hideaway for a couple traveller. Truly a huge and tremendous guest recognition also coming from Gus Ari, Kris, Ratna, Agus Wira, Angga Permana, Chacha, Candri, Anie, Dewi, Ace, Yumi, Satra Yana and all front office team during the arrival. Then, from the bed room and bathroom side review, the review was also excellent. I love the idea of the bed room and bath room which made us unite with the serene of nature. A tremendous and huge thanks also for our welcome amenity in our room villa, i love the magnificent and wide panoramic view in our room villa. The bathroom and bed room cleanliness also exceed expectation, as the bed was so fresh and clean and the bathroom also clean and spacious. In terms of space, the bedroom villa was so spacious and so fresh, i can easily enjoy the fresh and clean air of Ubud and still the bed room was so clean and fresh, thanks to exceeded services from the Housekeeping team and Wayan Candriani as well. Definitely an intimate serene hideaway retreat for a couple traveller. Also from the food and beverage side review, the review was also excellent. I love my time when having a meal and peaceful retreat at Verdant Restaurant and Tangelo Restaurant. A huge and tremendous thanks to Suta, Novy, Dony and Tria , as she serve me as a family, as a very closed family, and this is an asset for the hotel, they serve from the heart, and they serve me like their family. From the food quality and food taste side review, the review result was also excellent, Autograph Hotel is a premium brand, but Cicada, Autograph Collection Ubud put a great value of the food taste and quality as same equal with a luxury brand level, a tremendous and huge special thanks to Chef Buda, Dewa Putu, Elma and Putu Rama the Bartender at Tangelo Restaurant who always bring the quality and food level of Cicada Autograph Collection Ubud in to Luxury Brand level, awesome and always go exceed my expectation. We do also love the ambience of our dinner time in Tangelo Restaurant especially a special dinner with balinese dance entertainment, absolutely will do coming back again even only stoping by for a memorable diner experience in Sebatu Tegal Alang area. Bali Kempinski is an ideal choice for family vacations. The facilities are excellent, with a beautiful beach, pools, a kids’ play area, unlimited water, and umbrellas available all around the property. The staff are always attentive, checking in on your needs, and the shuttle service adds an extra layer of convenience, making our stay feel effortless and relaxed. That said, I did feel the dining options weren’t the best value, and the hotel can get quite dark at night, which made our little one a bit scared when heading to the lobby. Also, the presence of monkeys made us cautious about letting the kid play too long in the villa’s courtyard. Despite these minor issues, we would still choose this hotel again – the positives far outweigh the downsides, making it a wonderful choice for a family getaway!

It is a nice hotel. The reception service has to be improved: some ****** was even quite rude. I regret I didn’t remember her name. Also, the person who registered us forget about to organize our breakfast, so we have to wait 20 minutes. Likely, we had time before our flight. I bought a full board package and I have to ask many people about it, how it works. I don’t recommend it. Because it has a lot limitation, time and restaurant which I didn’t know. For example you can have your lunch from 13:00 to 15:00 only using special menu which doesn’t have all list dishes…+ always pay separately for the drinks. The breakfast is like a busy supermarket, too crowded and wait in the line for the table. Will I visit again? Maybe only for 1-2 days only. The Japanese buffet dinner is expensive but worse it. Ocean: nobody swim in the ocean, it was too shallow. The toiletries are very cheap…
