Amazing
AAleksandr KhaleminWe had a very pleasant stay at Paradisus by Meliá Bali. The hotel is new and beautifully designed. The green territory is lush, well-maintained, and creates a very cozy and relaxing atmosphere. There are plenty of activities, especially for children — it’s a great choice for families. The kids’ entertainment options are impressive, and the overall environment feels safe and comfortable. The gym is modern and well-equipped, which was a big plus. Breakfast is good with a nice variety, though there is still some room for improvement in terms of selection and refinement. The only downside is that restaurant prices inside the hotel are quite high compared to similar places in Bali. Overall, it’s a beautiful, comfortable hotel with excellent facilities and lots to do.

Amazing
GGuest UserThe Ayodya is very large Balinese style hotel in a perfect location on a beautiful beach. It has plenty of activities available with a lot of pools, restaurants and places to just sit. We enjoyed using the bikes to ride around. Great for families . The staff is attentive and friendly. They were very kind to move our room when there was construction at the neighboring resort. The food is expensive at the resort compared to local eateries so we never ate on site except for Nepyi. The resort itself could use some upkeep as it is starting to show its age.

Great
GGuest UserThe service was excellent; the staff was very friendly and cheerful, and they remembered our names even though there were other guests staying there. Breakfast (included in the package we booked) was a buffet-style meal with a variety of options, including pastries, ice cream, gluten-free options, Indian dishes, noodles, a wide selection of breads, juices, and delicious tropical fruits—and the coffee was delicious every time. The lunch we bought at the hotel tasted great; the portions were a bit small for us but still delicious. The drinks at the bar were delicious, and we took advantage of the 2-for-1 discount from noon until 6 p.m. We also used the gym, which is well-maintained and functional. The only comment we have about the hotel is that the “hot” water in the shower wasn’t hot enough for me (I hate showering with cold water). I celebrated my birthday at the hotel, and they gave me a delicious dessert at breakfast and a nice message on the bathroom mirror.

SSapphirexTLDR: Overall, I would definitely recommend Beachwalk Residences. With remarkable hospitality, lots of shopping and food options, and proximity to attractions, this accomodation is great for a medium-length stay in Bali. My family and I stayed at Beachwalk Residences in room 3L from 19/4 to 23/4. Overall, the stay was near-perfect. The hospitality shown to us by Beachwalk Residences were above and beyond, from the lobby staff to housekeeping. We were escorted and shown around our room, and our luggages were kindly delivered to our room expediently on the first day. Communication between my family and the hotel were seamless and done through Whatsapp. Response times are relatively quick, and they are able to answer and provide to any request that my family and I made, such as TV troubleshooting, replacement of water, and printing of boarding passes. Check out is quick and efficient, with the accommodation providing a limited shuttle service to Ngurah Rai Intl. Airport. When it comes to the room, the room was very clean and spacious, resemblent of a holiday villa at a fraction of the cost. Kitchen and Bathroom amenities are provided and sufficient for day-to-day use. Bedrooms are well-kept and comfortable. For our accomodation, there are 2 bedrooms - one queen bed and two single beds respectively. The balcony offers a great view, with the sea and mountains visible during good weather. Alas, there are two pointers which I hope that the property could work on to improve: 1. Breakfast Offerings - Currently, breakfast offerings are a little limited, and the options available are occasionally odd. Mains such as pasta and fried rice were decent, and sides such as fruits and salad are okay. Sushi is a little off considering a breakfast menu, but that's just my opinion. However, for the baked goods, such as croissaints and muffins, they were unfortunately bad and requires the most improvement. Muffins were hard and cold, while the chocolate in the Chocolate Croissant was hard and leaves a weird aftertaste. 2. Check in process - Upon successful booking from Trip.com, I received an automated message from the property via Trip.com to indicate our estimated arrival time, as well as to contact them before our arrival on the check-in instructions. Upon arrival into Bali, I made several attempts to the property as instructed. However, either I wasn't able to get hold of someone, or I was told through an automated voice message that my number has been blocked. This led to some panic as I have no idea on how to check in. As a result, I had to proceed to the alternative check-in location, which was Yello Hotel, to inquire about the check-in. But as it turns out, there was a check in area for this accomodation, and all i had to do was to just head to the lobby and check-in as per norm. This panic and confusion could have been avoided by removing the automated message so that us travellers can naturally assume to head directly to the accomodation to check in. Despite these shortcomings, overall I would definitely recommend this accommodation. With remarkable hospitality, lots of shopping and food options, and proximity to attractions, this accommodation is great for a medium-length stay in Bali. Some of the attractions I've been to are as listed below: Uluwatu Temple (approx. 1.5 to 2 hrs) Mal Bali Galeria (approx 30-45 mins) Tanjong Benoa (approx 40-50 mins)

GGuest UserBefore arriving, I was a bit worried about the construction nearby, but it turned out to have no impact at all. We didn't hear any noise by the pool, and even our room, located on the far left, was completely quiet. The pools are beautiful; there are about five or six of them, including a super long 30-meter slide, a kids' slide, and water basketball. Basically, we spent two whole days relaxing at the hotel and didn't leave once. It's perfect for a first stop in Bali if you're looking to just unwind. We tried three of the hotel's restaurants. We had lunch every day at Breeze by the sea, and dinner every night was a candlelight dinner at another seaside restaurant, and all the food was delicious.

TTuannyGreat stay. Complete breakfast with delicious fruits. Staff ready to help at anytime and very lovely. The room was very nice, including a nice bed, chair and desk for work. The shower was very good too, comparing to others I’ve stayed in Indonesia. I’d definitely stay again and for longer.

CConstantine MA fantastic hotel on the eastern part of the island. It is more suitable for a quiet family vacation and for those who prefer beach relaxation over surfing and parties. It is located quite far from the center of the island's main activity. The hotel has excellent infrastructure. The room was large, spacious, clean, and had everything needed. The breakfasts were excellent and very varied. The hotel staff is wonderful and very friendly. I would especially like to highlight the bartender Dede, who was very courteous and helped me repeatedly in planning my activities in Bali. The hotel has a private beach and various pools to suit any taste. I definitely recommend this wonderful hotel.

MMАРКThe hotel is located in the Nusa Dua area. The location is excellent, near Pepito Supermarket and Bali Collection. It has a beautiful, well-maintained Indonesian-style grounds and a private beach with various water sports and a volleyball court. There's an ice cream and drinks cafe by the beach. The beach itself is clean with sun loungers and umbrellas, and an outdoor shower is also available. The pool is good and clean, with a bar, showers, and restrooms. There are also two European-style restaurants. Despite all this splendor and the staff's desire to help and provide good service, there are a few issues the hotel needs to address immediately. Problem 1: The restaurant's kitchen is completely incompetent (and the hotel is positioned as all-inclusive). We only paid for breakfast (you won't starve, but the variety is disappointing). Upon arrival, we ordered à la carte lunch and basically paid for nothing... the soups were tasteless, the steaks were tough and chewy, and the fried potatoes were swimming in oil. We had to send everything back; the staff didn't even bat an eye, just cleared the plates and brought the bill. Problem 2: The hotel's plumbing is clogged. There was a foul smell coming from the sinks in our room (we were there during the rainy season, so perhaps it couldn't cope, but the water in one sink also wouldn't drain). Problem 3: The hotel needs roof repairs. There were leaks throughout the hotel lobby, in the corridors on various floors, and even in our room (especially when it rained heavily, which was daily). I didn't take photos of the issues, but we hope the hotel resolves these problems so guests can have a satisfying stay.

AAiman000I had a pleasant stay at Aston Denpasar Hotel & Convention Center and would happily recommend it to others visiting Denpasar. The hotel is centrally located, making it a great base for both business and leisure activities. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the essential amenities provided. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a generous variety of both local and international dishes. The hotel’s facilities, including the swimming pool and meeting rooms, were well-maintained and added to the overall experience. For the price, Aston Denpasar offers great value and a welcoming atmosphere. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip to Bali.

LLittle snow pinkHotel service: Basically, it‘s very considerate. The reception staff will greet you during the dining process, but suddenly he will enter your room while cleaning the room. I don’t know it because I was in the pool and just forgot to hang a do not disturb sign in the entrance door. Also the staff will regularly calling you, for example, knowing that you are going to check out the next day, he will ask you what arrangements you have on the next day. Also, knew that you booked the spa and they would call you again. But there is a mistake that half of my swimming pool was not filled with water the next day. I didn‘t know how to solve it, so I asked the staff to find someone to deal with it. Then I called a total of three times and saw a worker observing my pool and I was very surprised. Unexpectedly, they didn’t send the staff, that is, the waiter at the front desk, to explain to me that I had made three calls, and my three calls were within half an hour to nine words in total. It was not better than a reasonable time for them to deal with things, although there was no water in the room I rented. It‘s a serious problem. I’m surprised that they don‘t send waiters. It’s because I communicated with that worker. The worker didn‘t know English. He wanted to use a telephone translator to communicate with me. I was just asking him a very simple question, that is, when can I fill up the pool of water? He didn’t seem to understand. I think that since a guest has called three times, he should actually send a staff member. In the end, I saw that the water in the pool was slowly pouring back, but if it was really to the extent of Infinity Pool, I remember that it was after sunset. This is a beautiful thing. Facilities: What surprised me about the facilities is that it has a 24-hour fitness room and a treasure drink. In addition, it has a beach chair with sun umbrellas and a view of the sea by the pool. I appreciate it very much. As for the Spa, I think the price is too expensive. It‘s 10 times different from the price of going out on the street. Food: In terms of food, I really appreciate the different styles of breakfast. Although it is a buffet, every detail will change. One of the selling point of his breakfast that I like is that the color is very colorful. It is really first-class. The nutritional value of the food is very high. It is definitely not an ordinary buffet. There are some cereals, such as oats, dairy, soy milk, and some vegetarians’ favorite sweet potatoes, red bean buns, etc. As for the seaside restaurant, I also tried their pizza and buried beef fillet. The level is qualified. As for the food in the restaurant, I think it‘s full enough. There are also snacks on the first plate, which makes me very surprised.
