"This is an truly exceptional guesthouse, nestled within a villa community. The owners themselves reside on-site, and the quality is simply beyond reproach. From the moment we first saw the courtyard, it was clear the owners had poured their personal vision into the overall design. While incorporating Zen garden elements, they didn't blindly follow the trend of covering everything with pebbles. Instead, they opted for practical, tiled flooring for convenience, and the flow/layout is incredibly well-designed. From our initial online communication, it was the owners themselves who handled everything. Their responses were prompt, and both the airport pickup and station drop-off services were excellent. The interior decor perfectly matched the online photos. From the overall style to the scent of the toiletries, everything maintained a consistent woody tone, giving it a very high-quality feel. It created a comforting and reassuring atmosphere. The pillows and mattresses were incredibly comfortable, comparable to those found in Atour hotels. After a long day of exploring the ancient city, a hot shower and slipping into bed immediately helped us relax. Regarding hygiene, as someone who is a bit of a clean freak, I found even the nooks and crannies to be spotless. Most of the furniture is solid wood, indicating meticulous daily maintenance. The breakfast rice noodles were absolutely delicious – a perfect combination of mushrooms and minced meat. After trying them, we felt there was no need to search for another rice noodle shop, haha! The fruits were also fresh and very sweet. Breakfast was served in a unique space, featuring a full wall of bookshelves, where we could also watch cats and fish in the courtyard. Even with the cloudy weather these past few days, we still had a clear view of the snow-capped mountains from our room in the early morning. We were so engrossed in the view that we only remembered to take photos once the clouds rolled in. The terraces on the third and fourth floors offer expansive views; if we return, we'd love to go up there to catch the sunrise. Chatting with the owners, we could sense they are incredibly capable, creative, and genuine people. Every moment spent here made us reflect, 'So, it is possible for people to live this way.' Our entire family absolutely loved it, and we feel that anyone who stays here would instinctively want to cherish this home. "Located just outside Lijiang Old Town, off a main road, it's quite quiet. Hotels outside the old town are more convenient than those inside. There are many restaurants within a short walk, and taxis are easily accessible. The front desk offered a gift of specialty tea upon departure, which was excellent service. From the hotel's rooftop, you can overlook the snow-capped mountains. It's about a 50-minute walk to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, which isn't too far."

"The hotel seems to have just opened. The room was very clean. The short-haired, glasses-wearing lady at the front desk was very helpful and even gave me a free upgrade to a king-size bed room with a mountain view and balcony. On a clear day, you can see Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. The robot that delivered items to the room was a favorite of the kids. Overall, the stay was very convenient. It's quieter than near the ancient city and convenient for getting around."

"What a pleasantly unexpected hotel! I'd originally planned to book the InterContinental Hefu, but it didn't include airport pickup. I stumbled upon the Dream View Hotel, which offered airport pickup and was close to the InterContinental, so I decided to stay there for the night. The experience exceeded my expectations! I especially want to commend every staff member. The hotel lady proactively contacted us about airport pickup before our trip. On the day of our arrival, our flight was delayed, and we arrived at the hotel in the early morning, raining. Even though the hotel was close to our departure point, the hotel lady still came to pick us up and carried our extremely heavy suitcases all the way to our room. Upon check-out, when they learned we were changing hotels, they proactively arranged for an InterContinental car to pick us up and carry our luggage all the way to the car before we left. It was a truly touching experience, even on a rainy day. I'd give the service a 10 out of 10! Regarding the hotel itself, this newly opened hotel is excellent, with excellent service and amenities. The amenities were comprehensive, so even without bringing anything, we had no problem. The latex pillows were comfortable! The hotel's décor is also very tasteful, and the location is excellent. The price is a great value during off-peak season!"

"this hotel raised the BAR for service and stay. amazing view, amazing staff, they were so friendly and genuinely wanted us to have fun staying at their accommodation/ visiting their area. hotel has a clear view of jade dragon mountain which was the main reason why we booked the stay. bonfire at night, unlimited barista coffee. keep in mind the lijiang is at slightly higher altitude, despite that the staff have been helping with our bags, countless requests, climbing up and down to send things directly to our room. in addition, the room we booked was right next to an accommodation being renovated. the team was generous enough to upgrade us to a better room, further from the noise. i can only say i’ve been spoiled by them. i’ve been recommending this stay to my friends and i would not hesitate to return!! thank you so much!!"

"The receptionist, Yu Le, was incredibly rude. He seemed like he really didn't want to serve you, but couldn't because he had to make a living. On my first day, he sat outside the hotel smoking and watched me arrive alone with my heavy luggage, showing absolutely no interest in helping. Check-in was also very perfunctory. Every time I called the front desk, he was incredibly aggressive, acting like I owed him $8 million. The other front desk ladies were all very nice. Furthermore, while the room wasn't cleaned thoroughly every day during my five-day stay, it couldn't be so sloppy, right? Every time I came back after leaving, I found the maid hadn't cleaned the bathroom."

He contacted me immediately when I found that a charger was missing during check-out. Hygiene: The water in the shower room drains very slowly, and I kept soaking my feet while taking a shower.
