"The only downside is the slightly remote location, but the service was excellent and very warm. Even when there was an issue with the TV being mounted on the wall, they actively resolved it with a perfect attitude – truly five-star service! 👍🏻 The breakfast was plentiful and quite tasty, just a bit cold 🥶. As for the location, it is a bit out of the way with nothing much to do nearby, which is understandable since it's close to the airport. We'll definitely be back when we fly again. My family 👪 is very satisfied! 💯"

"Stayed here for an overnight layover. Exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend for anyone with a layover. The hotel offers airport shuttle service, which is very convenient. The hotel was newly renovated in 2025, and everything in the room felt brand new! Really great! Just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, there are several restaurants, making it easy to grab a bite. There's also a supermarket where you can pick up snacks and such. Overall, a fantastic stay! I'll definitely be back if I have another layover in Jinan."

"This hotel was a pleasant surprise! It's incredibly convenient and comfortable. Firstly, the location is fantastic for exploring major attractions like Baotu Spring, Black Tiger Spring, and Furong Street – all easily accessible by foot or public transport. Shopping malls like Henglong and Ginza are also just a stone's throw away. Secondly, due to the hot weather, I was sweating a lot, so I put my clothes in the self-service washing machine. I had to leave for an urgent matter, and the operations director was incredibly kind and helpful, following up on my laundry and even arranging for it to be delivered to my room. Thirdly, the breakfast spread was extensive, well-balanced, freshly prepared, delicious, and healthy. I highly recommend this hotel – it offers great value for money, is convenient, clean, and comfortable!"

"Brought my mom to Jinan and we stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn. The location is absolutely fantastic – you can see it right from the station entrance, no need to search, it's right there on the east plaza. The environment and facilities are great, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted delicious; my mom especially loved it. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit. I've already shared photos with my colleagues and friends, recommending it for their business trips too. The room was spacious and bright, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The front desk staff were excellent – polite, generous, and spoke very appropriately. Check-in was convenient and quick, super thumbs up! 👍 I forgot to take pictures of the breakfast this time, but we'll be back, and I'll make sure to get some next time. Wishing you great success!"

"The room was clean and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast spread was excellent, and I particularly loved the freshly made rice noodles – my mom and I each had two bowls! The staff, especially one of the ladies, was very attentive and even upgraded us to a room with a window. The coffee at the front desk was surprisingly good, definitely recommend trying it. The best part is that Baotu Spring is within walking distance, just around the corner, which was incredibly convenient when traveling with elderly parents."

"Fantastic experience! This new hotel boasts clean and tidy rooms, complete with a ReFa hairdryer and 'deep sleep zero-pressure' pillows. The rooms are also exceptionally spacious. The front desk service was excellent, very accommodating, and they even offer airport shuttle service. The hotel's proximity to the airport is a huge plus – it's just a 5-minute drive with their pick-up and drop-off service. There's also a subway station right next door, making transportation incredibly convenient. Breakfast was superb, with a great variety of fresh dishes and fruits. Check-in and check-out were both quick and efficient, and they even gave me a small snack when I checked out. This place is perfect for early morning flights, layovers, or just an overnight stay. The value for money is outstanding. Highly recommended! I'll definitely be back!"

"Room: Perhaps because it's a new hotel, there was a strong odor. I suggest the hotel air out the rooms by opening the windows. Facilities: The bathrobes and towels seemed unwashed, shedding a lot of lint. After showering, I was covered in fluff. There was only one bath towel. No tissues by the bed. The toilet was a basic manual flush model, which, despite being a branded item, felt completely out of place for the price and supposed caliber of the hotel. Service: The front desk staff were very friendly and offered to help with luggage, showing good service awareness. It would be even better if they were more proficient in their tasks. Parking: The underground parking was not yet operational, and there were too few spots above ground. At night, when the parking lot was full, there was no one to direct parking, so I had to get out and move warning signs myself. Room Service (Food Delivery): After ordering takeout, the front desk would call every time the food arrived to confirm my name, even when the room number was noted. Robot delivery took too long, requiring a 15-20 minute wait. There was even a mix-up where the robot didn't deliver, but my room phone indicated it had. Summary: This Sheraton, especially combined with Four Points, has significantly dropped in quality. The value for money is just average."

"This newly opened hotel is truly excellent. The rooms are spacious and bright, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any issues. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is convenient, and it also has charging facilities for electric vehicles. The owner is incredibly honest and attentive, arranging everything for RV supplies, charging, and water replenishment. It offers exceptional value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip."

Mary at the front desk was quick and professional during check-in, and Xiao Zhu was particularly enthusiastic, recommending delicious local eats nearby~(˶╹ꇴ╹˶)~ Location: The location is excellent, right opposite the Olympic Sports Center. There's MixC shopping mall, the Provincial Museum, and a subway station nearby, making it super convenient for getting around. Thumbs up!"
