It enjoys close proximity to a number of transportation hubs, and is about 38 km (24 mi) from the airport, 6 km (3.5 mi) to the railway station and 1.5 km (1 mi) from the city center. The hotel has 570 guest rooms and suites. All rooms are equipped with individually controlled central air conditioning, International and Domestic Direct-dial phone, minibar, safe, as well as satellite TV and data port. Rooms for those with disabilities are also available. Hotel facilities include laundry, currency exchange, massage services, sauna, Internet access, and parking. There are conference rooms, a business center, bar, restaurant, coffee shop, beauty salon and clinic available, as well as chess and card rooms, bowling alley, simulator golf, billiards room, Ping-Pong facilities, squash court, indoor swimming pool, disco and fitness room.
"The location of Shandong Hotel is suitable for business trips and corporate entertaining, but not so much for family vacations. The rooms are quite spacious with unobstructed views, and there are plenty of them. The cleanliness is also acceptable. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety, but there wasn't much that was actually appetizing. The hot vegetable dishes, stewed pork with rice, plain congee, and green radish were okay. What surprised me was how unappetizing all the noodle dishes were, I'm not sure why. There was a sesame hollow biscuit that was completely like rubber, difficult to even tear apart, let alone chew. The hotel lacks warmth. Compared to internationally branded hotels, there's a significant gap; it just doesn't have that soul."

"Before coming here, I booked a hotel that was relatively close to Orleburg. It was not noisy, the location was easy to find, and parking was convenient.
The facilities are complete, the ladies at the front desk are very gentle and beautiful, and the service is excellent (I am a woman, so I have no other intentions)
When parking with children and picking up luggage, you can go directly from the parking area to another door of the hotel, which is not too convenient.
The surrounding area of the hotel is quiet, the breakfast is rich, and there are freshly cooked meals.
The live TV programs are clear, and children can watch animations for a while when they are tired after a long day of play.
This hotel is also very close to some famous restaurants.
There is also a purifier in the house
If I have the opportunity to come to Jinan again, it will be my first choice for accommodation."

"The hotel is quite new, with a beautiful modern Chinese-style decor and is spotlessly clean. The facilities are comprehensive and fully functional. The slippers provided are thick and comfortable. The handheld shower hose is a bit stiff; it would be easier to adjust the direction if it were made of a softer material.
The breakfast is delicious, offering both Chinese and Western options with a wide variety of choices, including many local specialties like Tianmo, Bazirou with rice, shrimp potstickers, Shandong steamed buns, and lamb soup. They thoughtfully provide a 'Top 10 Must-Try' list on the tables, which is very helpful for avoiding bad choices. I especially enjoyed the lamb soup and roujiamo. The yogurt and cakes are also quite good.
Our butler, Zhenzhen, was incredibly helpful and responsive, always answering our questions instantly. Her service was absolutely impeccable, definitely a five-star experience!"

"Our room was on the first floor. The hotel has a courtyard-style layout. After taking the elevator up from the underground parking lot (parking is free), you enter the hotel lobby. From the lobby, you walk through two small courtyards to reach the room. The hotel covers a large area. With your room card, you can directly access Baihua Island from the back courtyard, and the hotel's front faces Daming Lake."

GGuest UserIt's about a 13-minute walk from the stadium. We received a gift bag as a concert ticket. There's underground parking on level -4. They provided fruit. The room had a small refrigerator. The service was good, the only downside was the dust on the countertop, probably from making the bed.

EEric_daiThe hotel service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The room was cozy, and the bed was really comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The room itself was also quite spacious and wonderfully quiet. Plus, they offer luggage storage after check-out, which is a huge convenience. For breakfast, you can pre-order a 'breakfast blind box' with the front desk staff, and it gets delivered right to your room. My favorite was the sunny-side-up egg; it was perfectly cooked!

LLamlamlalaThe day before check-in, the hotel butler added me on WeChat and provided instructions on how to reach the hotel. There's a dedicated hotel parking lot, so no need to go to the customer service center first. Just navigate directly to 'Shuangquan Hotel Parking' and head to the hotel lobby to check in.
Service: There was no concierge staff to help with luggage, but the front desk staff were quite good, answering all our questions. Both of our reserved rooms were upgraded. When one room card was lost, the front desk receptionist replaced it for free, and their service attitude was excellent.
Environment: The environment is pretty good, and the location is arguably excellent. It's right near the Tourist Service Center, making it convenient to get everywhere! It's also very close to the shuttle bus terminal at the customer service center, just a few minutes' walk. If you have enough time, you can even walk to various scenic spots instead of taking the shuttle.
We got complimentary breakfast buffets for both rooms on the second floor of the hotel. The setting is nice, and the variety and taste are decent.
I brought my baby, and I had requested a bed rail in advance, but they could only install it on one side, and it wasn't very sturdy. The baby toiletries only included a toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers. The sink was a bit high for a baby; I'd suggest providing a step stool, otherwise, an adult has to hold the baby to wash hands, which is inconvenient.
Overall, the hotel is quite good, and staying within the scenic area is super convenient! I'll definitely stay at Shuangquan again next time!

AAnonymous UserThe room was very clean, and there was a shuttle bus to pick you up and back from the hot springs. Full marks for smart gadgets in the room. Xiaodu can control curtains, TV and lights. Outside the window is the water park that is not open for the season yet, so the park is relatively quiet at the moment. When the sun goes down, I can listen to some music in the room. The imperial concubine sofa is also very big, so it feels very good.

Special thanks to Rebecca, the lady in red, who demonstrated professionalism and thoughtful warmth throughout. Due to a last-minute schedule change, I urgently inquired about a late check-out. Rebecca consistently maintained a gentle smile, patiently checked room availability, and efficiently coordinated the process. She handled everything with composure, never showing any sign of evasion or perfunctory service. She proactively informed me about the extended period and important considerations, all in a gentle yet professional tone, helping me seamlessly manage my itinerary and avoid many inconveniences. The hotel's 52nd-floor sky lobby is spacious and elegant, and the guest rooms feature meticulous details. The cloud-level views and high-quality amenities truly showcase luxury. However, it's Rebecca's warm service that makes the luxury go beyond mere appearances. This was an excellent stay, and I've already made it my top choice in Jinan. Highly recommended!
