In the first room, I found the nails cut by the previous guest on the carpet, which was a bit disgusting🤢 Later I changed to another room The breakfast was average, with everything, but the taste was ordinary, and it ended at 9:30, which was a bit early Overall, I felt that the decoration, appearance, environment, etc. were well thought out, but the overall professionalism needs to be improved

The guest room facilities are well maintained. Xiao Ma at the front desk provided thoughtful service and helped to issue invoices. The hotel parking lot is relatively large and convenient for parking. The breakfast is also rich. I will come again next time~

So I had booked as part of my visit to Jinan. I specifically picked this hotel over others because of the location and amenities it offer. However, even though the location was perfect… the amenities fell short of what the hotel purported. Shower door broken soaked the whole bathroom out. However, they did change and upgraded my room to a luxury room. Very happy with the room. Another reason why I chose the hotel was for the gym… however on my first visit… the treadmill was broken and also the multifunction gym machine was broken…. Not advertised… I stayed for three days and this was not solved…. Very disappointed as I don’t exercise for 3 days… I paid extra for this service as opposed to hotels that didn’t offer this amenity. I will not be back… sorry

Facilities: Very new and equipped with smart toilets, high water pressure and fast hot water. It is worthy of being a spring city. Hygiene: Very clean. The aromatherapy in the corridor smells great! Service: Excellent! Before coming, I will call in advance to ask what needs I have for the room! The guys at the front desk are also very nice! We have to trouble the waiter because the Chinese medicine needs to be refrigerated, but he always greeted us with a smile. The hotel is accessible by bus to Baotu Spring, Shandong Museum and other attractions. The price of the hotel is benchmarked for the location, and the facilities and services are super value. The room conditions and facilities are very good, including electric curtains and intelligent master control. The front desk gave me a free room upgrade. The room is in a great location, just on the top floor of Vientiane City, and a 10-minute bike ride from the Olympic Sports Center. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and specially adjusted a room on a high floor for me. The room also had complete sanitary facilities.
