It is very quiet and comfortable, without the hustle and bustle of the city, just like a paradise. Free parking in the hospital and new energy charging piles are so convenient, completely eliminating the worries of new energy car owners looking for charging piles. Hygiene: The hotel's hygiene is very good, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the stay is very comfortable. The hotel lobby is also very tidy, giving people a warm feeling of returning home. Service: There is nothing to say about the service. The lady at the front desk saw that we had children and felt that the 1.5-meter bed in the zero-pressure king room we booked would be a bit crowded, so she upgraded it to a 1.8-meter king room for free. The front desk also prepared some for the children. There were many small toys and snacks, and the children had a lot of fun playing with them. Fruits are given for check-in, and small gifts are given for check-out, which makes people feel warm. Transportation: The hotel is 3 to 4 kilometers away from several scenic spots in Jinan such as Baotu Spring, Daming Lake, Dafo Temple, Furong Street, Quancheng Square, etc. It is very convenient to travel by car, taxi, and bus. There is a bus stop at the door with multiple routes. The bus goes directly to the attractions, which is very convenient. Catering: Because the room type was booked earlier, it was very cost-effective and did not include breakfast. I upgraded to a membership at the front desk for 99 yuan, and breakfast for 4 adults and 1 child was perfectly solved. The breakfast at the hotel is very good, very rich and delicious. I feel that two days of breakfast has greatly increased my appetite and I can eat a lot😁

Check-in was super efficient, they proactively helped with my luggage, and even thoughtfully provided tips for local attractions. The room was clean and tidy, with all the amenities one could need, making for a truly comfortable stay. I used to work in international-star hotels over a decade ago, so I have pretty high standards when it comes to accommodations. Most hotel operations are formulaic, and it's rare for one to genuinely surprise me! Dining: Afternoon tea, breakfast or brunch (perfect for those who sleep in!), complimentary mini-bar... the list goes on. Accommodation: My casual photos simply can't do justice to the quality of the room's hardware! It's excellent! Truly, truly excellent hardware! What surprised me most was that the standard toiletries in the room were Frédéric Malle! In my opinion, this is true luxury fragrance! I always make a point to buy Frédéric Malle perfumes whenever I go to Europe! What a delightful surprise! Service: Absolutely top-notch! Excellent in every single aspect! I couldn't find a single flaw! Even though our family was just passing through Jinan on our trip, this hotel made the journey incredibly memorable!

The hotel's location is superb, right next to the CBD, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and running errands. The service was excellent throughout; check-in at the front desk was efficient and quick, and they responded promptly to any requests, truly showcasing Atour's consistently attentive service. The room cleanliness deserves special praise! Every nook and cranny was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, and the towels and toiletries were clean and odorless. The bathroom's separate wet and dry areas were well-designed, making for a very safe and comfortable stay. The facilities were also complete, with a stable Wi-Fi signal and ample hot water, making for a very comfortable stay overall. The only minor drawback was the less-than-ideal soundproofing. I could clearly hear the neighbors talking, singing, and the TV late at night, which affected my sleep. If they could improve the soundproofing in future updates, the experience would be even more perfect. However, overall, it's very cost-effective.

This was the most pleasant surprise during my trip to Jinan! The hotel is located inside Daming Lake, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room had great natural light, the wet and dry areas were separate, clean, and odorless, and the amenities were complete. The staff were responsive and provided attentive and warm service. Strolling along the lake in the morning, you can fully immerse yourself in the charm of the 'Spring City'. It offers excellent value for money and I genuinely recommend it to anyone visiting Jinan.

Although very few people can speak English, the staff members made it so easy for me to know where to go for breakfast and helping me with everything I asked or needed. The hotel is situated in the most beautiful scenic area and has great facilities. There is even a Starbucks in the hotel. I met one of the managers named Eddie and he can speak English. He was kind and friendly and said that if I need any assistance I can ask the front desk to contact him and he will help me. The breakfast was delicious with so many different options to choose from. I would’ve stayed there for a week if I could. Amazing experience. Thank you to all the staff members, you made it so easy.
