"My glight was delayyed, and so I arrived at 2 in the morning, and having the shuttle on its way to meet me, was the best! The front desk staff, she was wide awake and attentive.. I really appreciated this. My room was exquisite, even though i was extremely exhausted.. The staff was in communication with me via WeChat since i dont seal chinese. The next day, i missed breakfast because i slept in. The Staff member helped me, very patiently, with my wifi connection and even helped me install a chinese translation app! I will highly recommend this hotel to all! I really loved the full length sliding closet mirrior, and the window view and automated drapes!! Such luxury for a weary international traveler. Your housekeeping staff is phenomenal! Thank you."

"I really have to praise Yihao Hotel. The reviews online were mixed, but my actual stay was incredibly comfortable. The room was spacious with a separate wet and dry area, and the soundproofing was excellent. The quality of this older five-star hotel truly shines. The bed was comfortable, and I slept soundly all night. The shower pressure was also great. Aside from the slightly dated facilities, my overall experience was fantastic. The revolving restaurant offers breakfast and a late-night noodle dish. There's also a self-service laundry room on the 22nd floor, as well as a swimming pool and gym. During the National Day holiday, when other hotels were outrageously expensive, Yihao was undoubtedly the best option. It's also very convenient for getting around and shopping, as it's connected to Ginza Mall, though it's a bit of a walk to the subway station. Overall, excellent. I do suggest improving the self-service laundry room service, as two sets of washers and dryers are a bit limited at the moment."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it.
What impressed me the most was the outstanding hospitality of the front desk staff, especially **Cris Luna**. The service was truly exceptional. As a member, I was entitled to a late check-out until 2:00 PM, but since my flight back to Thailand was late at night, Cris Luna kindly arranged an extended late check-out until 4:00 PM. This thoughtful gesture made a huge difference and allowed me to relax and enjoy my final hours comfortably before heading to the airport. I sincerely appreciate the extra effort and excellent customer service.
Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations. The security system made me feel safe throughout my stay, the facilities were excellent and well-maintained, and the room was exceptionally clean. I also appreciated the welcome fruit provided upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, making each morning enjoyable.

"Our flight back home from an international layover was delayed, but the hotel arranged a pick-up car for us at past 4 AM. The driver waited until we were settled before heading back to rest. "Another stay at InterContinental Jinan City Center, and it truly did not disappoint! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of downtown and within easy walking distance of Baotu Spring, Furong Street, Pearl Spring, and Daming Lake. Pearl Spring is particularly convenient, located just across the street inside the Provincial People's Congress compound, making it lovely for an evening stroll after dinner! There are plenty of shopping malls and restaurants nearby, so you never have to worry about finding dining options.
The room size was standard. Coming from southern China, I wasn't quite used to the fully enclosed (sealed window) design, but the room was spotless and well-equipped. Even though the property has been open for many years, the facilities are very well-maintained. The bathroom was spacious, the toiletries were nice, the towels were dry and fluffy, and the soundproofing was excellent. As an Executive Room perk, we enjoyed four complimentary soft drinks from the minibar and free daily pressing for two shirts, which was a great touch.
The Club InterContinental experience exceeded my expectations. Drinks and refreshments were available all day, offering a great selection of savory and sweet bites alongside fresh fruit. During my stay, the evening Happy Hour featured different dishes every night, including freshly made beef rice noodles cooked to order, which tasted fantastic! The lounge has an elegant, quiet ambiance with floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of natural light. Ellie was warm, attentive, and provided spot-on service. I personally loved brewing a cup of tea during afternoon tea and just unwinding—so chill! The executive perks were genuinely useful, offering great value for money.
Breakfast offered an extensive variety of Chinese, Western, and local Jinan delicacies; they even had ice cream at breakfast, which was an unexpected surprise! Despite the hotel being busy during the National Day holiday, the breakfast service remained well-organized and efficient.
The service was simply impeccable, fully upholding the consistent high standards of the InterContinental brand. Every staff member greeted us warmly and proactively asked if we needed assistance. Room service was also prompt and tried their best to accommodate any request—simply superb! Having stayed at major international hotel chains both at home and abroad, I think InterContinental Jinan ranks among the very best high-end hotels in China when it comes to service. It will definitely remain my top choice whenever I visit Jinan, and I will recommend it to friends. Wishing the hotel continued success!"

"We were there to visit families so the location is perfect. The walkway to the elevator is outside of the building and it is a bit underwhelming. The room we had was a business twin bed room which is on the small side. The bathroom is good size and updated. Front desk and cleaning staff are courteous. Bottled water was provided for free. I took a photo of the RT mart which is about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The restaurant downstairs serves decent quality food with good prices. I didn’t try their breakfast though."

"I'm a bit puzzled by the many negative reviews for Hyatt Regency Jinan on Ctrip and Qunar. First off, the location is excellent; Wanda Plaza is just a three to five-minute walk away, and it's not too far to drive to Baotu Spring, Daming Lake, and Qianfo Mountain. There's parking available at the hotel entrance, though when driving in, you need to pay attention to the service road entrance just before Wanda Plaza, otherwise you'll miss the turn and have to drive a long way to turn around. The lobby is beautiful, and the front desk staff are impeccably groomed, looking very professional. I booked an executive suite and an executive king room. The suite is very spacious, with a mini-bar offering drinks. They even provided children's slippers, toiletries, cups, and a drawing and coloring set for the kids, along with the hotel's signature teddy bear on the bed – it felt very cozy. Although the hotel is a bit older, it still looks quite high-end and smells lovely. The executive lounge also looks very refined, the food is delicious, and they serve Heineken beer, which I haven't had in a while. The service quality is also very high. It gets a bit busy during dinner, but it's very orderly. Breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of options. The freshly made century egg, cilantro, and pork buns are especially delicious and highly recommended – I had two! There were also soy locust tree flower buns. The sauce in the multi-grain pancakes was very tasty too. For drinks, they even had fresh-squeezed juice. The best part is the price; for a hotel at this price point, offering all this and executive dining, I think it's incredibly good value for money. Although there was a minor hiccup later, I understand, and overall, the positives far outweigh the negatives. I'm very satisfied."

"If you're here for a concert, this is definitely my top recommendation. Upon check-in, they provided helpful information about the concert and even gave us free souvenir tickets and merchandise. The location is superb; you can walk to the venue, which is very convenient. After the concert, knowing everyone would be tired 🤭, the hotel thoughtfully prepared late-night snacks in the lobby, including Braised Pork and sandwiches, which were delicious. The subway is nearby, and it's easy to get a taxi to popular attractions like Baotu Spring, Daming Lake, the museum, and Qianfo Mountain. I came for Phoenix Legend, and the hotel service experience was great, as was exploring Jinan, the 'City of Springs.' And of course, the food was fantastic. A truly satisfying trip!"

ZhiyinI booked this hotel because it looked very close in a straight line on the map. However, if it's your first time here, following the navigation will completely disorient you. The standard route forces you through an underground passage, constantly telling you you're going the wrong way.
You can see the hotel's sign right above you, feeling like it's within arm's reach, but then you see the surrounding taxi lanes blocked by iron fences, making it seem impossible to get through – it's enough to make you lose your mind. I had to ask a passerby, a security guard, for help. Luckily, people from Shandong are warm and hospitable; he patiently guided me and even moved the fence so I could take the ground-level pedestrian path, which made it much closer. This short distance ended up taking over half an hour.
After familiarizing myself with the surroundings the next day, I realized the hotel is actually just a 10-minute walk from the train station.
The hotel looks tall, but the usable floors aren't very high. There are many tall buildings around the train station, so there's no real view to speak of, apart from air conditioning unit frames. I originally planned to extend my stay for another day, but after quickly checking off a few must-sees, I decided to leave early.

The room was very spacious, and I booked this room type specifically because it had bathrooms on both floors. It exceeded my expectations – even the floor drains were covered with cute lotus leaf-shaped odor-proof mats, and there was an aroma diffuser on the sink with a very pleasant scent. Every detail in the room showed great taste, and the service was five-star. On the day of check-in, the front desk contacted me early in the morning to send me the hotel's location. They also helped deliver food orders right to my room door. The hotel's location is excellent; it's just over 100 meters walk to Furong Street, and through an alley, you reach Qushuiting Street, making it super convenient for exploring and dining. It's also an easy walk, about 800 meters, to Daming Lake and Wulongtan Park. Overall, highly recommended!

I have stayed at this hotel twice before because it’s quite close to the train station but this time, I got a room so small that I had to roll on the bed to get to the other side of the room. The space between the foot of the bed and TV stand was too narrow to comfortably walk through.
The hotel is also in an obscure area so the Didi can’t drop /pick you at the door.
The staff is very friendly though.
Breakfast options are enjoyable but also limited.

**Jinan Yaoqiang International Airport Shuttle:** After landing and getting my luggage, I called them, and they arrived in less than ten minutes – super quick pick-up! They were also perfectly on time for my departure in May. Really appreciated it.
**Environment:** The environment is great, not noisy at all, primarily focusing on comfort.
**Service:** The front desk lady was very enthusiastic and even helped me with my luggage 🧳.

I think the hotel should separate the guests and the married ones. The corridor was noisy until 1am. At 6:30am, several children started playing with balloons in the corridor. The door was opened and closed countless times, and the cleaning was also frequent. There was a mixture of chatting and laughing all morning. I specifically asked for quietness because I couldn't sleep well. It was right across from me. Is there a misunderstanding about quietness? I was dizzy and my eyes hurt all day.

Guest UserOur stay at the Shangri-La Jinan was a fantastic experience. We decided to visit Jinan on a whim and, trusting the Shangri-La brand, booked the hotel on the very day of our arrival. The front desk attendant kindly upgraded us to a room with a better view. Overlooking the cityscape of Baotu Spring and Quancheng Square, the room offered an amazing view.
The hotel is situated in the prime location of Quancheng, right across from Quancheng Square. Baotu Spring and Wulongtan (Five Dragon Pool) are within walking distance, and Daming Lake and Kuanhouli are also very close by, making it extremely convenient to explore Jinan's core attractions. In addition, all the staff we encountered were very friendly. We arrived late at night, and when we needed temporary children's amenities, extra pillows, and blankets, housekeeping delivered them promptly. A really great experience.

Guest UserThis hotel is located in Jinan Gaoxin Wanda Plaza. You enter through Y1 gate and take the hotel's dedicated elevators (4 or 5) to the 19th-floor reception for check-in. The hotel is directly across from Shandong Energy Group, making it one of the closest hotels to it. The three reception staff were warm, generous, and provided excellent service. The room was clean and hygienic, and being on a high floor, it was very quiet at night. Breakfast, also on the 19th floor, was very rich and plentiful.
