The Mercure Hotel was such a great experience! It was a ten-minute walk to the hotel, and the room was super spacious, clean, tidy, and comfortable. The breakfast was rich and delicious. I really wished I could have stayed a few more days. Definitely a five-star review!

I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel during my holiday trip. The room was clean and smart, equipped with an intelligent 'Xiao Du' assistant. The hotel's location is very easy to find, and it's close to Jinan Railway Station. The staff were attentive and meticulous in their service. It's also quite close to tourist attractions with convenient transportation. I highly recommend it for families.

I came to Jinan mainly to see Zhou Shen's concert, so I chose a hotel nearby. The front desk staff, Tom, provided service that far exceeded my expectations. He was welcoming, thoughtful, and very professional. He even prepared many small gift souvenirs for us. I highly recommend this hotel. I especially want to mention that my child's small doll was lost in the hotel lobby, and the attentive hotel staff kept it safe at the front desk. My child was overjoyed to have it back. Thank you again for the hotel's thoughtful service.

Taking my mom to Jinan, she wanted to stay at Atour. The environment was great, and they provided Shandong's Laoshan mineral water. The paper cups were good quality, sealed, and suitable for coffee. The towels and bath towels were also sealed. The toothbrushes were high quality, came with caps, and could be taken home for continued use. The toothpaste was Yunnan Baiyao, packaged separately. Breakfast offered a good variety and was available until 11 AM, which is perfect for late risers – you won't even need lunch after that!

I highly recommend Tomorrow International Youth Hostel in Jinan. The place is exceptionally clean; every corner is spotless. The environment is also very quiet, ensuring a good night's rest. The 19th-floor terrace offers fantastic views, and the sunset scenery in the evening is beautiful. The staff's service is also excellent. Plus, the location is great, making it very convenient to get to tourist attractions. The price is quite reasonable, and the facilities are very good. If you're traveling solo, staying here feels very safe and comfortable.

The Giorge Morandi Hotel (Daming Lake North Park Metro Station) is perfect for a trip to Jinan! The subway is just a few steps away, and you can walk directly to Daming Lake and the Chaoran Tower. The entire hotel is decorated in gentle Morandi colors, the rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is soft, and it's well soundproofed. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming, and it offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

This hotel is located in Jinan Gaoxin Wanda Plaza. You enter through Y1 gate and take the hotel's dedicated elevators (4 or 5) to the 19th-floor reception for check-in. The hotel is directly across from Shandong Energy Group, making it one of the closest hotels to it. The three reception staff were warm, generous, and provided excellent service. The room was clean and hygienic, and being on a high floor, it was very quiet at night. Breakfast, also on the 19th floor, was very rich and plentiful.

I think the hotel should separate the guests and the married ones. The corridor was noisy until 1am. At 6:30am, several children started playing with balloons in the corridor. The door was opened and closed countless times, and the cleaning was also frequent. There was a mixture of chatting and laughing all morning. I specifically asked for quietness because I couldn't sleep well. It was right across from me. Is there a misunderstanding about quietness? I was dizzy and my eyes hurt all day.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. What impressed me the most was the outstanding hospitality of the front desk staff, especially **Cris Luna**. The service was truly exceptional. As a member, I was entitled to a late check-out until 2:00 PM, but since my flight back to Thailand was late at night, Cris Luna kindly arranged an extended late check-out until 4:00 PM. This thoughtful gesture made a huge difference and allowed me to relax and enjoy my final hours comfortably before heading to the airport. I sincerely appreciate the extra effort and excellent customer service. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations. The security system made me feel safe throughout my stay, the facilities were excellent and well-maintained, and the room was exceptionally clean. I also appreciated the welcome fruit provided upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, making each morning enjoyable. Everything about my stay was memorable, from the warm hospitality to the high standard of cleanliness and comfort. If I have the opportunity to visit this city again, I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again. Thank you to the entire team, and especially to Cris Luna, for making my stay so enjoyable.
