"Jieyang Qilou Atour was such a pleasant surprise! It's right next to the ancient city's arcade buildings, making it super convenient for sightseeing and eating. Plus, self-parking is free. The room was clean and quiet, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. For breakfast, they offered authentic Chaoshan 'guotiao' (rice noodles), and there's late-night congee which is so comforting. They also have a laundry room and gym facilities. The service was thoughtful and the value for money is excellent. A must-stay when you visit Jieyang!"

"The room is as shown in the photo. I booked wrongly and needed 2 beds which I needed to pay another 60yuan. I think the place is great & reasonable for its price if you book the room during a non-festive season. However, as we stayed on 五一, the price is 2.5 of the normal price which isn’t really worth it. Ultimately, it was our last night and we wanted somewhere comfortable so I just booked it. As for the service, the boss kindly fetch me around to collect my 快递. But otherwise, I think they can be more friendly with customers"

"The room was spacious and clean. My room was near the elevator, but it was still quiet, which is great for the price. The hotel staff were also very friendly. Breakfast was included, and the fried dough sticks (youtiao) were freshly made and very crispy. It's very close to the airport, with a shuttle service that gets you there in 5 minutes, which is super convenient for early morning flights. Overall, I recommend it."

"This is a newly opened hotel, so all the facilities are quite new. We got complimentary breakfast with our stay. While it wasn't overly lavish, it included staples, vegetables, fruits, meats, drinks, and even a live cooking station, and everything tasted really good – excellent value for money! Plus, you can check out at 2 PM, which is perfect if you like to sleep in or have an afternoon departure. The front desk staff and the owner were incredibly helpful and friendly! Highly recommend!"

"I found a fantastic little hotel in Jieyang! I originally planned to stay one night, but ended up extending my stay for another. The hotel isn't near any tourist attractions, but it's located on a wide and beautiful avenue. There's parking available in front, and the surrounding area is quiet. Across the street is a telecommunications company building, and within a few minutes' walk, there are three bus lines to Jinxianmen, costing 3 yuan one way (but it seems the direct bus only goes to Jinxianmen in the morning; at other times, it goes to a stop two stops away, requiring a walk). A Didi ride costs around 10-15 yuan, depending on availability. A short walk to the right from the hotel exit leads to the Rongjiang River. After dinner, a stroll along the river is beautiful, with a gentle breeze – truly delightful. The room wasn't large, but the thoughtful design was evident in every detail. The long TV shelf compensated for the lack of a luggage rack, providing convenient storage for frequently used items. The bathroom featured a separate shower and toilet, a slipper rack on the wall, and a clothesline – all demonstrating a compact yet comprehensive design. The mattress was comfortable, and the linens were of good quality and clean. They even offered Baidu's smart home service. I also heard there's a washing machine and microwave available, but we didn't use them, so I won't go into details. There's a Zeng Liluo Tea House about a ten-minute walk from the hotel; the food is delicious and inexpensive. There are also many other restaurants nearby, so there's absolutely no need to worry about food. In short, the quality for this price is fantastic! This was truly a satisfying surprise!"

"This hotel, Qiting Meiju in Jieyang Ancient City, was such a great find! The location is incredibly convenient, right next to Nanpu Fishing Song in Jieyang Ancient City, with plenty of food, shopping, and entertainment options nearby. It's also a short 10-minute walk to both Shuangfeng Temple and Chenghuang Temple. The hotel staff were very kind to guests. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The bedding was just the right firmness, allowing for a good night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless with a separate shower and toilet, and the toiletries smelled lovely. The WiFi was fast, perfect for streaming shows without any buffering. The hotel staff provided meticulous and thoughtful service; the front desk even proactively upgraded our room, making the entire stay very smooth. Overall, the experience exceeded our expectations. We felt safe and everything was so convenient. I honestly recommend it to anyone visiting!"

"Let me give an objective review. Jieyang Hotel, from what I remember, used to be the officially designated hotel for hosting visiting dignitaries back in the day. Time has passed, and I stayed there once over ten years ago; the facilities were old, with a typical planned economy era decor. Recently, I was on a business trip and wanted a hotel close to my destination. Jieyang Hotel popped up in the search results, and the pictures looked decent. After checking in, it definitely met my expectations. The brand new walnut wood decor is right up my alley. It has its own parking lot, which is convenient, and they even gave us two breakfast vouchers for the kids, who had an absolute blast. There's also a gym and a small park-like recreational area. Overall, it has completely overturned my previous stereotype of Jieyang Hotel. Oh, and yes, there's even a Kung Fu tea set. While not exquisite, it perfectly fulfilled my essential need for tea when traveling."

"The hotel is clean and with very modern facilities. Reception staffs and room service staffs are polite & helpful. The breakfast restaurant staffs are also highly commendable I enjoyed my 4 days stay at the hotel. Will definitely recommend to friends who are visiting Jieyang."
