"Overall, the hotel is good, the rooms spacious, and the spa adequate. However, the reception service was mediocre (delay in getting our room, wrong room, questioning our reservation, etc.) and no one apologized before our departure, despite all the mishaps I'm ignoring. As for the restaurant service, it's difficult to describe, it's so non-existent: we arrived first, and our main course arrived after 1 hour and 15 minutes, and what's more, it was part of the daily special. The Caesar salad has no taste, and after a complaint, it came back 20 minutes later with a few extra chili peppers. Apparently, the hotel management is aware of this, since reception directly raised the issue of the restaurant when we expressed our overall dissatisfaction. Yet, the next day, it was the same. Only the spa staff is competent. The maids are friendly but forget what we asked for and what was missing from the room (tea, coffee). In short, the service is closer to an Ibis hotel than a Hilton."

"這是一間古老雅致的旅店，而且有懷舊升降機。酒店位置是中心點，地點非常好，旅店本身設有餐廳，但本身樓下已經是購物熱點，麵包店、餐廳、藥店、紀念品店一應俱全。而且5mins的步行距離便可以到達依雲水源。 房間在大街樓上，晚上樓下餐廳/酒吧的繁囂聲音或許會影響早休息的旅客，不過一到某一個時間又馬上安靜下來。 房間窗户全開有樓宇景和海景，不過酒店的維修可以再做好，房間內浴室/洗手間抽氣壞了，住四樓水壓比較低。房間窗戶日久失修搖搖欲墜。電插頭很舊，手機充了一整晚才充滿。"
