"I think it was very good.
I think it can't be helped because many people come at the hot spring facility, but is the smell of feet near the entrance of the bathhouse? I was worried because it smelled unpleasant. Other than that, it was good that there was no dirty feeling. I couldn't use the outlet at the desk in the room at all, and I couldn't use it after all, but I'm glad that he came to respond immediately. I moved the coffee machine to the bedside and had coffee. thank you for your help."

"The space is very spacious and there is a big bathtub. A bottle of delicious wine is also sent. It is a little troublesome to check in. No one at the front desk needs to self-service. There is also a small disadvantage that there is no luggage storage.
There is a burger shop on the way to the station that is super delicious, you can rest assured! There is a laundry convenience store opposite the hotel, which is quite convenient. The restaurant's scenery and atmosphere are very good and the taste is good."

"If it's not for watching baseball, it's really boring here. And this building is right next to the road, very noisy, and it is difficult to fall asleep. There is no direct faucet in the bathtub 🚰, and the shower head 🚿 is used to slowly accumulate water. It is really dumbfounded. The soundproofing of the building itself is too poor. The family can hear the ⋯⋯ and the password for the 1️⃣ building at the beginning. The family has to rent a car from the plane and then gets trapped outside the door after arriving."

"できたばかりとあってどこも清潔感に溢れた、そしてスタイリッシュなホテルです。
チェックイン。チェックアウトはフロントに用意された端末から自身で。急遽の予約で受け取ったメールをしっかり読んでおらずチェックインに必要な予約番号がどれのことか分からずもたつきましたが、常駐しているサポートスタッフに教えてもらってなんとかチェックイン。駐車場は駐車券がない無人タイプで、ホテル３階部分までの商業施設と同じタイムズの駐車場。これも初めての利用でホテルの駐車場なのか分からずウロウロしました笑
一度駐車すると出入りの都度清算だそう。２泊中チェックアウトまで車を出すことはありませんでしたが観光で何度も出入りする方には少し不便かも。
ホテルの中に商業施設、周りに飲食店、スーパー、ドラストが揃っていて駅も近く便利でした。新千歳空港、札幌に便利な場所にありなんとも素晴らしいホテルです。"

"The tel no. provided led us to no where using the car navigation system. It was difficult to find the entrance of the hotel using google map as it is situated deep inside the car park of a Hana Road Station. Signage could have been clearer. Otherwise, the room is very new and modern."
