The breakfast offers a rich variety, including scrambled eggs, croissants, and fruits that kids love, catering to different tastes. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming, and can even help arrange children's amenities. The only minor drawback is that the room isn't very spacious, making it a bit cramped once you open your luggage. Overall, it's a solid choice for a short family trip."

"I already became a regular guest at this hotel :) The hotel is positioned really close to the central train station (Hauptbahnhof), which made it easy for me to reach the hotel straight off the train. Check-in was straightforward, and I really like the reception staff, who are always very kind and welcoming. The rooms are modern and comfortable. The bathroom was functional with adequate water pressure, and the bed was comfortable. Daily housekeeping was provided as expected. A very good stay for a great price."

The room is a bit small; the twin beds are the standard German 80cm wide. It's fine for two women, but otherwise, a king-sized room for each person would be more reasonable. Facilities are perfectly adequate. The shower has good water pressure and is hot enough, and there's a kettle in the room. As for service, well, customer service in Munich is generally just okay, so don't expect too much."

"This was the most expensive and worst room of our Europe trip. There was an exhibition in Munich and a spring carnival nearby, so the room rate was several times higher than usual.
**Environment:** The main plus point is its convenient location. It's very close to the bus station for tours to Neuschwanstein Castle, and there are restaurants and supermarkets right outside.
**Facilities:** The room and bathroom were tiny; it was hard to even open our luggage. The facilities were quite old, but at least there was an elevator.
**Service:** The breakfast was decent, suitable for Western palates, and the front desk offered 24-hour service.
Overall, it was very poor value for money. Plus, it rained, which unfortunately left my child with a bad impression of Germany. 😂"

"The hotel's location is excellent, easily accessible from the main train station or city center via the 19 tram. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and accommodating, always trying their best to meet guests' needs, such as providing a portable water heater when requested. The room itself was spacious and clean, with great amenities, and the bed was particularly comfortable. The lighting was bright, and the touch-screen control system was very convenient to use. A nice touch was the complimentary mini-bar, which included a bottle of beer and various soft drinks.
The bathroom had excellent water pressure and a consistent hot water supply, making for a pleasant experience.
But the real highlight was the breakfast. The spread was incredibly diverse, offering a wide range of hot and cold dishes to suit every taste.
Overall, my stay was very satisfying. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and highly recommend it."
