"Location is near to train station, accessible to airport via the S1 or S8. There’s a tram stop right outside the hotel, and a supermarket across the street. Staff service from an Asian lady at reception was transactional during our first check in. When we returned 2 days later, the african staff was warm and hospitable. Both days we got early check in. Breakfast spread was decent, but better than other hotels we stayed in Germany. Room size was good, just that the water pressure was a little low."

"The room is smaller compared to the other H2 hotels ive stayed during this trip. There is not enough space for both my daughter and i to open both luggages and we had to move some of the furniture to fully open our luggages. I found some stain on the toilet bowl. Location is quite off and was saved by a mall about 5 min down. Breakfast variety also seem lacking compared to my previous stay in other H2. This is a no frill accomodation and for the price , overall is still value for money. Staff is wonderful :) which make up for many of the shortcomings"
