Munich Hotels with balcony

This hotel boasts excellent transport links, being super close to HBF Central Station and right next to DM. I booked a day tour and found that many tour buses depart from a hotel just over 100 meters away, making it very convenient for catching those day trip coaches. The hotel lobby offers complimentary fruit daily; I grabbed an apple every day, along with some candies. The rooms don't have bathtubs, and the beds are quite small, with two beds basically pushed together. The mattress firmness was just right, and the pillow height suited me well. There's a Nespresso capsule coffee machine with 8 capsules, replenished daily, and six tea bags, which is nice – I particularly enjoyed the ginger tea. The environment is clean and hygienic, and they provide shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and body lotion. This was a pleasant surprise, especially after staying in Nuremberg later and finding no facial tissues there! The sound insulation of the windows is decent; while it gets quite noisy when open due to the electric trains right by the station, the train sounds at night didn't bother me or affect my sleep. I must say, the breakfast is excellent, with a fantastic variety and delicious options. However, when I arrived at the hotel around 8 AM, the front desk informed me that early check-in, usually after 3 or 4 PM in European hotels, would cost dozens of euros. I figured the price was acceptable, so I checked in early. But then, at my next hotel in Nuremberg, I arrived at 12 PM and was allowed to check in without any extra charge when I asked if early check-in was possible. So, it's not really comparable! The hotel offers free Wi-Fi with good speed. They also provide a complimentary bottle of mineral water daily, which is a great perk as water in Europe can be quite expensive, around 20 RMB per bottle.

Stayed for a night, was convenient close to the rail road station on the way to Austria. Friendly staff. Free tea and coffee. You can help yourself to drinks and snacks as long as you write in down for payment the next morning. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Thank you.

Under normal circumstances, it's understandable to wait till 3pm before one can check in. The bookings made by my staff ************************ for a total of 8 guests from Malaysia from 2 to 8 May where one guest under Dr ************************ could not be present due to the admission of his father to hospital on 1st May and subsequently passed away on 2 May. ************* requested for cancellation and refund from Leonardo Hotels but was told to chanel the request to Trip.com. Upon checking with Trip.com she was informed that Leonardo Hotels had rejected their request for refund. The hotel booking was paid using my credit card under ******. I tried to request to use the room under Dr ******************* at 7am on 3 May but was rejected. On 8th May when 7 of the guests were departing at 6pm for their floght at 10pm , I was only allowed to stay until 3pm even though I requestes for extension to 6pm. This is not the point since check out time is 12pm or 2pm at max. I earnestly hope that the request for cancellation of the reservation for Dr ************************ for 6 nights be refunded. Overall, we had a great stay at WunderLocke Munich. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby supermarkets, making it a good base for exploring the city. The studio was modern, comfortable, and very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Having a fully equipped kitchenette and all the essential amenities made it feel like a home away from home. The only downside was that when we first checked into our room, there were quite a lot of insects inside, which was not a pleasant first impression. Fortunately, the rest of our stay was enjoyable. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms, convenient location, and excellent facilities.

I am very satisfied with my stay at Revo. The room is clean, the staffs are friendly and helpful, there are plenty of amenities, and the location is great. On the day I check in, the staff told me that the room was not ready yet, but quickly made it up to us by providing us free drinks while we waited. When we asked for extra pillows and the staff was unable to provide us that night since it was too late, she waived off the fees for another drink we were going to buy. The room we stayed in was well equiped and spacious. And the apartment/hotel had game room, workspace, meeting rooms, laundry room among many others. Right next to the hotel was a bakery, supermarket, and drug store, which is extremely convenient. The location was a little away from the city centre, but only a few steps from the metro station, so travelling wad also convenient. Overall, I really enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend this place for travellers

The room isn't huge, but it's sufficient. The bathroom and bedding were clean. They provided a complimentary bottle of water. However, the mattress dipped in the middle, which wasn't very comfortable. The location is incredibly convenient, very close to the subway station. There's a PENNY supermarket just across from the hotel's side entrance. Breakfast was mediocre. The lids on the hot food containers need repair; they wouldn't stay open. I'm quite tall, and even I had trouble closing them once opened. One day, a lid wouldn't stay open while I was serving myself, and it fell and hit my hand. It broke the skin, and seven days later, I still have a large bruise. (The restaurant supervisor gave me some medicine). The room had a balcony, which was lovely, but it seemed unused for a long time. The table and chairs were dusty, and there were even cobwebs. I wiped some of it, but stopped because my arm started to hurt. If you're a solo traveler and don't spend much time in the room, I wonder if the hotel has rooms without balconies, which might offer more interior space.

Hotel teams are very kind and ready to respond to your requests. Food is perfect and delicious. Hotel is quite new and clean. Location is a bit far from Munich center but it is very convenient for traveling. Also, very clean and safe area. Hotel is far from train station just 1-2 min walk.

The reception was indifferent and unfriendly. When booking, I specified the need for latex pillows and an extra luggage rack in the special requests section, but neither was provided upon check-in. The concierge's service was better. At check-out, I requested the frontdesk to help with my luggage, but no one came to assist. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was also poorly attended to; the service was lukewarm and indifferent, perhaps due to the restaurant's high demand. The food quality was mediocre and did not live up to the website's claim of being the top restaurant in Munich. The Deluxe Room we booked online was advertised as 35-38 square meters, but the actual room was much smaller than expected. In short, aside from the location, everything else fell short of expectations, earning only a mediocre rating. I would likely not stay there again or recommend it to friends; perhaps my expectations were too high, leading to greater disappointment.

Condor Hotel is a very convenient property that I tend to visit often during my stays in Munich. Even though it is situated as a 3-Stars hotel, I find it to actually tend more toward a 4-Stars standard. The hotel is located in a very convenient proximity to the Munich central train station (Hauptbahnhof), making it easily accessible for me upon my arrival to the city. The check-in process is always smooth and efficient, as it was this time as well. The team is always nice and helpful. The rooms are a highlight, and even though they are not large - the rooms do combine modern design trends with a classic touch. They are immaculately maintained, featuring spotless bathrooms with powerful showers and beds that ensure a comfortable night's sleep. Daily housekeeping keeps everything pristine, and the overall service is attentive. Considering the prime location and high quality of the facilities, the Condor Hotel provides exceptional value for money. It is a highly recommended choice for anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Munich.
