The room matched the pictures perfectly – very nice and new, with a fully equipped kitchen. There's a supermarket right downstairs, and I was surprised to find two large TVs. Remember to bring your own toothbrush and slippers. The P+R parking lot next to the hotel was a steal at 1.5 euros per night. Be really careful with parking in Germany; someone dinged my car at some point, and it cost 1150 euros in damages when I returned it. The rental company said it's quite common in Germany for people to hit your car in a parking lot and just drive off.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the facilities were brand new! Its location right next to the tram stop and with a supermarket downstairs is incredibly convenient. The supermarket itself is quite large and well-stocked. Overall, it made for a very easy and efficient stay!

Great location, next to subway. Right below hotel have grocery store. Hotel lobby is at Level 1, which you need to ring the bell at the entrance for them to open the gate. Room was clean and bed was comfy. However I found that the room was abit dim, and no kettle is provided (need 20 euro deposit from lobby)

I had a fantastic experience during my stay! The food was absolutely delicious — every meal was well-prepared and flavorful. Overall experience is average. However, on one of the days (29th April), the housekeeping didn't clean our room at all, and the receptionist guy that night kept saying I don't know.. I don't know, without saying sorry. We even have to get the clean towels by ourselves.

The bathroom is automatic lighting, so it will disappear without permission. Please be careful when taking a shower. The room was clean and it was convenient because the kitchen could be used if it was a simple dish. It is recommended for those who are not problematic even if they are a little far from the tourist spot.

After a month, I'm back again. It's still quite convenient for getting around, and the surrounding area is peaceful. The weather has been great recently, so the view from the window is quite pleasant. Breakfast is good with a decent variety.

Ich war mit meinem kleinen Zimmer im UG sehr zufrieden, das hatte alles, was man so braucht und sogar noch extra einen kleinen Kühlschrank und eine Kaffeemaschine 😍. Das Personal war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Lage fand ich trotz der weiten Entfernung von meinen Zielpunkten sehr gut, weil es dort gleich in der Nähe eine Haltestelle gibt, die Buse fahren regelmäßig und pünktlich. Danke für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

The hotel is very good. The front desk is very warm. We went to the reception desk very late and should have been off work. We have been waiting for us for several hours. We have a language barrier.
