Family-friendly Hotels in Munich

Breakfast is not bad, basically a standard Western breakfast. The hotel staff is very welcoming. When I went there, I just caught up with the Oktoberfest. The price is quite good compared to other hotels. It takes about 15 minutes to drive from the city center. The subway is not very clear. I live without a washroom, but there is a sink in the room. The hotel is quiet and also offers parking. Recommended

Good location There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It is a ten-minute walk from the train station; the train station is surrounded by Turkish Street, so people may be miscellaneous. The hotel is also very clean, but there is no hot water bottle, and then the air conditioning in the room has no heating function (the radiator is also bad) and fortunately it is not too cold at the end of April. The room is soundproof, but the surrounding environment and the guests in the nearby room are quite quiet. Breakfast is a normal European buffet. Although the type is simple, it is quite satisfactory. Overall OK, cost-effective

The room is cozy, the bedding is clean and hygienic, the Minibar is well equipped, there is an independent capsule coffee machine, there are several flavors of coffee, and the drinking water and juice drinks in the refrigerator are also good. The hotel building is family-owned and is very well managed👍

There were many communication problems between Ctrip and the hotel, and the hotel could not receive the payment paid by the customer. After the payment on the platform, the hotel repeatedly asked the customer for money, and the use of Ctrip’s interest-free payment resulted in more serious problems, because the hotel found that Ctrip used The credit card is not in the customer's name, so don't use Ctrip to pay interest-free, which adds a lot of trouble to yourself!

Arrived at München late, then took the train to Orleanspl, and got off at the hotel close to ten o'clock. After a round of time, the front desk finally arrived at the room. When I entered the room, I saw that the toilet was leaking. I ignored this problem and put my luggage down and went to dinner. After eating back to the hotel, I feel that the room is good, only the heating is not air-conditioned, and I feel a bit hot. The person who happened to have a night. The next morning I needed to buy sanitary napkins and went to the nearby supermarket. By the way, I bought some German intestines as a hand letter. I went back to the hotel and wanted to put food in the refrigerator, but the refrigerator was not frozen at all. I had to call the front desk and ask them to send someone to see. After waiting for a while, someone finally came, and the technician finally said that he could not get it, he would call the front desk to help us change rooms. Because we were in a hurry, we didn't return to the hotel to change rooms before sunset. The front desk didn't know why the room card could not be given to us, so he had to ask his colleague to help us take the card and open the door. The colleague seemed to be a little unaware of the situation. He opened the door and left, but our luggage was still in the old room. After we explained the situation to him, he followed us to the old room. We showed him the leaking problem of the toilet in the old room. The leaking situation was very serious. We went in the afternoon and didn't return to the room until the sunset, but the water had occupied half of the toilet; anyway, finally we pulled our luggage to the new room and went down to the front desk to get the new room card and got it for a while. The next day, we checked-out, and the clerk said ”You change a room for one night?”. At the beginning, the technician told you that you were OK to change rooms before changing for us! This is the sentence that makes me think this hotel can not come again.

The hotel is quite far from the city center, 20-30 minutes drive. The hotel has a parking lot, but there is no discount for parking. It is 20 euros a day, which is quite expensive. The exit of the parking lot is very narrow, so be sure to drive carefully. There is a large supermarket and DW next to the hotel, which are closed on Sundays😄

Love the building, design and the location (the physical / hard part). The soft part (people), more efforts required. They misplaced 1 of my luggage and I need to beg them to find it (as if I was lying that I have 3 begs). They pushed me around, asked me to go and ask ”that guy at the door” and asked me to go to the luggage storage room even after I clearly described my beg (not with a typical colour). And apparently, the beg was at the reception behind the counter. Wasting 1 to 2 hours.

Parking is good, the front desk is not professional enough, there are too few breakfast options, the room is like an express hotel, and the price/performance ratio is average.

The garage is a challenge. Only with inclosed mirrors of both cars is parking possible. Also, the cars have to go against each other, one forward, the second back. Fortunately, I had help in dr instruction of very friendly housemasters.
