Best Motobu Hotels

"Pros: We were upgraded to a family room, which was incredibly spacious and very comfortable. The small table on the tatami area was perfect for a relaxing drink. All the essential facilities were available. Apart from the bathroom feeling a bit dated, the hotel was generally good and quite clean. There's a direct bus service from the airport to the hotel; we took the Airport Bus OAS on this trip. The aquarium is relatively close. We couldn't find a taxi on the fireworks night and had to walk for 30 minutes, though it's typically just a 5-minute taxi ride. Breakfast was decent, but the selection wasn't extensive, so it might get repetitive if you're staying for many days. Cons: The pillows had a strange smell, and even after requesting several replacements, we encountered the same issue. Luckily, we had brought our own pillowcases. It seemed daily housekeeping wasn't provided by default. We returned to find our room hadn't been touched. Fortunately, we ran into a staff member and asked them to clear the trash and replenish our drinking water."

"The entrance to the room was stunning, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The location was conveniently a ten-minute drive from the aquarium, with a shuttle service also available. Many nearby dining options were available, and the sea views were lovely. We chose not to have breakfast due to the price 3300 yen. Free parking was plentiful. However, we did find that the air conditioning could be improved, as a setting of 20 degrees was insufficiently cool. Additionally, the pool's operating hours (9 AM to 6 PM) seemed somewhat limited, and the gym could benefit from additional strength training equipment. However, I would definitely recommend staying here and would return."

"Overall, the hotel is good. However, I think it would be wonderful if the hotel can make some improvement in several things. 1) We knew that the wifi wasn't free, so I prepared some moives for my child. However, I think the hotel disabled the usb function. And free wifi have to be a standard offer nowadays. 2) No one clean the sand at the bottom of the swimming pool, so the water quality isn't good. Luckily, my 3 years child didn't get sick. 3) I stayed in 3 hotels in my trip to Okinawa this time, all the other two hotels offered special Okinawa coffee drip coffee. However, this hotel only provided the normal coffee powder that you could see in economy hotel. 4) This is the only hotel that didn't provide us child toothbrush set. Anyway, the hotel location is fine, we found two supermarkets right after crossing the Sesoko bridge."

"Great Location, clean and cozy hotel. The breakfast is delicious. Churaumi Aquarium and Lawson just next door, walking distance to restaurants and just 10-15mins drive to Motobu city centre."

"There weren't many reviews, so I was very worried about making a reservation, but when I actually checked in, I thought it was a good idea to come here. The sea view from the terrace on the second floor was so beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped with induction, kitchenware, and microwave, and it was also well equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and robot vacuum cleaner. Even though it was summer, I didn't see a single bug inside the accommodation. The living room and bedroom were separate, and the interior was very spacious, so it was a very satisfying accommodation in many ways. It's close to the ocean and Bisezaki snorkeling point, so it's great for swimming and snorkeling. This is a place I'd definitely recommend to my friends!!"

"It was amazing! The room was spacious and very clean. It also had a drum-type washer/dryer, which was great because my laundry was completely dry by the next morning. It was almost too big for two people, lol. There was extra bedding, so it would have been fun to stay with a group of 5-6 people. (The neighbors are private, so making noise outside might be a nuisance, though...) On the day, we walked to a nearby shabu-shabu restaurant, but it seemed like there weren't many restaurants nearby at night, so it might have been nice to bring your own ingredients and cook in the kitchen. (All the dishes and cooking utensils were provided.) At night, there were no lights around, so the stars were clearly visible and it was beautiful. The entrance to the parking lot was a little hard to find (it was a very narrow road), and during the day, there were a lot of tourists on electric scooters, making it difficult to turn around. I wish I had checked the map beforehand. Also, there were a lot of bugs and geckos, so be careful if you're not very good with them."

"The location is 5/5 because it is very close to the Churami Aquarium. Else, finding nice and cozy food to eat can be a challenge. View wise, we are close to the sea, but there was construction, so you can imagine ... No complaints on cleanliness. Service wise, there is not a single service staff, so we are lucky we do not need help. Thus 3/5. I do not understand the instruction to enter the lobby after 10 pm, or it was not updated. Facilities-wise, not much as a service apartment. The shower ”column” in the master bedroom is really small ..., all the basins are at the wrong height, just too low. I need to bend more than 90 degrees to reach the tap and I am not tall. The redeeming point is that Family Mart is just beside the lobby. Parking is very ample and convenient."
