"Excellent Hotel/Resort location, service, and staff. The only shortcoming was cleanliness in the lobby toilets especially near the restaurant. It needs close attention and follow up with house keeping responsible for continuous monitoring and far frequent checks by responsible janitors. I was impressed by the high caliber executive of  facility, Mr. Omar Shahin, and front desk manager Mr. Mena who demonstrated exceptional skills in addressing concerns we raised about the room assigned to us. Their quiet demeanor and wisdom truly made it up for our entire stay.  Keep up the excellent work gentlemen & ladies."
