When arrived, there were no hair dryer, slippers advertise on the website. Had to go downstairs to the reception to ask for it! This is a 3 star hotel..
On a positive note, Loads of towels for the stay!
Stayed in twin double room. Basic. Each single bed had 2 pillows, which is nice!
Girls at reception are polite.
They have cooler in the corridor with 2 taps: cold and hot. How good is that I don't know. Personally, I would prefer kettle in the room instead.
Cheap restaurant downstairs for lunch. Soup was good!

The hotel is very beautiful, conveniently located. We had a hitch because of the incorrect description of the room on the website, otherwise everything is ok. The only thing is that the bed is very uncomfortable, the headboard is low and three uncomfortable, unstuffed pillows on a huge bed are not 5 stars, in my opinion

Self-check-in method, it is best to have good English or Russian communication before it can be completed. The internal and external environment and facilities of the house are good, the interior can be cooked and the cooking utensils are complete, there is a beautiful lake and a convenient supermarket outside the building. The balcony is large and you can enjoy the sunrise.

Rooms are quite good, but it will be difficult for people who don't speak English or Russian to find their office. Call them first, then ask them to help take a taxi to their office, and then call to find the room assigned to you.

屋內乾淨整潔（脱鞋進入），兩卧室，兩雙人床，1衞生間，1開放式廚房。所處環境在老舊小區裏，唯一缺點:無電梯，需要手提沉重的行李箱往上爬6層樓，而且樓層間距比北京高。

The only negative was that room didn’t have a proper AC , due to which day time direct sunlight made the room very hot and we had to keep the windows always open and at night the noise from the street was a disturbance .

The only one thing which was surprising us is broken rain shower head in the room.

SStephenClean modern room in a convenient location. Unfortunately there was really loud music coming from downstairs until 3 am on one of the nights. The shower drain is placed in a way that floods the bathroom. I would stay again if they can address the noise problem.

Convenient to Shopping - Minsk city Mall & Green supermarket chemist, fashions,
Hotel room clean & spacious, comfortable bed, TV is small (only Russian & Belarusian programs), gym is basic and small, only free weights + 1 bench (will disappoint the fitness enthusiast like me)
Breakfast buffet - good variety of cold & cooked food, muesli/corn flakes, fruit/salad, bread, omelette, waffles, nuts, tea/coffee, juices. Enough to satisfy most taste buds after a good night sleep.
Efficient & friendly Reception for check in ,& out.
Will look forward to next stay when I visit Minsk in near future.

GGuest UserExcellent location in the old city centre where there are many cafes, restaurants, pubs, attractions. Really clean and comfortable big room in a traditional monastery which has been converted into a hotel.
Room is big with comfortable bed, good view from the (top floor) traditional 16th century window. I like the long corridor with traditional circular ring shaped lights holder hung from ceiling.
Buffet Breakfast is reasonable but similar Belarus foods juices+ teas, coffee, water everyday during my stay.
Quick check in and check out at receptions with friendly staff who speak English., 24 hours service.
Reception helped organised paid airport transfer on my last morning.
Overall very satisfied experience. Will definitely stay again when I next visit Minsk.

GGuest UserThis hotel feels like a school guesthouse. The first floor can be used as the school's internal cafeteria, which is cheap and delicious. The male manager at the front desk speaks very good English and is very enthusiastic. He will help customers solve problems. There were no rooms on the last day, so he took the initiative to call to help make reservations. With his help, I was able to book another affordable hotel. When I left, he took the initiative to help me carry my luggage to the intersection. He is a very good person.
