The environment is very quiet, the owner's service is very kind, and it also especially meets our needs for dinner (me and my travel companion cannot enjoy meat and seafood cuisine). I really appreciate the owner and his wife.
We absolutely loved our stay at Nipponia Mino. We stayed in a two story apartment in the converted warehouse across from the main hotel and it was so beautiful. Each room had thoughtful stunning details - beautiful art on washi paper, a gorgeous soaking cedar tub, and antique furnishings. The host was incredibly helpful with suggestions of things to see and places to eat. We went to the soba restaurant across the street and he walked us there so we knew where it was (which was very lucky because otherwise we would've missed it.) He also rode his bike to our accomodations to make sure we found it and show us around. I loved the Nipponia. If we return to Japan, we'll definitely visit their other properties. Mino is also such a special place. The people are incredibly friendly and welcoming and there's a lot to see and experience for such a small town -- from the paper latern museum to the centuries-old sake distillery. Don't miss the paper merchant's house, which has been turned into a museum, with tours given in English.

The hotel is very new and spacious. Our check-in was quick and staff greeted us warmly. There was free parking, which is an advantage. Rooms are very spacious and well designed, there were room to laid out 2 big luggages. The view to the river nearby was also great. The hotel kindly offers a map of the city and restaurant info. They also offer to help book the restuarants. However, some info was not updated because a restaurant the hotel said is open turns out to be closed. Any how, our stay was pleasant.
The hotel is divided into a new hotel and an old hotel. The rooms in the old hotel are larger and the equipment is not much different. There is a restaurant in the museum where you can eat, so you don’t have to go out to find food, and the taste is good. Laundry equipment is set up on the first floor of the new building. Washing and drying are separated and the quantity is sufficient. There is also a large bath for tourists, where you can come and take a dip. The breakfast portion is a little lacking in styles, but the fried items are pretty good. It is recommended that tourists who come to Nagoya by car can rest here for one night.
Relax in a tranquil space surrounded by antique furniture.
This private rental is perfect for families and friends. It features two bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 guests.
The interior is carefully designed with 19th-century antique furniture, a chandelier, a spacious open kitchen, and elegant iron beds.
Set in a peaceful rural landscape, you can escape the hustle and bustle of the city. It’s conveniently located just an 11-minute walk from Sekitomioka Station on the Nagaragawa Railway and a 10-minute drive to Tomioka-Seki IC, making it a great base for sightseeing.
We also provide baby beds, toys, and other child-friendly amenities, making it ideal for families with small children.
This hotel is adjacent to Gifu Seiryu Park, and the staff's attentiveness and service were excellent.
The bed was soft and fluffy and I slept well.
There is a hot spring called Sato no Yu within walking distance, as well as a cafe that serves breakfast from 8am, and a short drive to Minokamo city, so it wasn't as inconvenient as I thought it would be.
I would like to stay here more often in the future.
If you have a car rental, you can live, the scenery is good, so comfortable, there is no choice without a car rental, it is troublesome to go out and return.
