"Originally booked shared bathroom, because it is relatively empty, the other is in the renovation, the boss gave us a upgrade. The room was just renovated and tasted a bit. Everything else is very good. Chinese boss, Chinese communication is convenient."

"While our hotel room boasted stunning day and night views of the harbour, the rest of the experience fell short. The service was lacking, with notable issues such as running out of tissue paper and shower gel. Breakfast was also quite basic, and we even spotted dirty dishes with hardened food stains. Improvement is definitely needed in these areas. Additionally, there was no complimentary bottled water, and basic amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers had to be requested at the front desk. A more thoughtful approach would be for the concierge to proactively offer these items during check-in, saving guests an extra trip."

"My trip to Sydney and stayed at Pier One Sydney Harbour was great and fantastic experience. One of the staff her name is Vy has done the an excellent job at the reception and check in and during stay was smooth and felt welcoming. Even there was some issues with the room or cleanliness issue. She had push her into guests shoes and sort out the problem immediately. The location of the hotel is prefect as you can see the Sydney Opera house and Harbour Bridge and tram rail just walked out the hotel door. The restaurant breakfast for cold dishes was good and hot dishes options need for improvement for more varieties of hot foods."

"The hotel is nicely situated and near to 2 supermarkets (Coles, Aldi) which is helpful for long term stayers like me. The indoor pool, sauna and also the gym was properly maintained and has good amount of equipment within. Housekeeping was frequent and standards of cleaning is good. A familiar place that I have spent more than 3 months staying over different time periods."

"The view from the window is really super beautiful, so beautiful that it seems unreal. Hahaha. During the two-day stay, I didn't meet a Chinese front desk. It was a bit difficult for those who are not good at English to communicate. The breakfast room has a Chinese menu, but the breakfast is very Western. A little koala is given for children to add a bed. The hotel is not very convenient around. You can only walk to the observatory and you have to take a taxi when you go out. But the beautiful scenery is enough. The room with the opera house view that I booked was arranged in the last few rooms, and there were trees behind! Fortunately, the floor is OK. We are on the 2nd floor, which is 0-3 floors. Room ordering is available 24 hours a day, and the price is not expensive and is similar to that outside. There is no service charge and the appearance and taste of the products are not bad. After returning to China, when I checked the mailbox bill, I found that I was charged for an extra breakfast on the second day. It was troublesome to send an email to the hotel myself. I contacted Ctrip and communicated with it. I received a call reply within two hours, and the hotel refunded me the extra fee on the third day. Thank you Ctrip for your active communication."

"very near to victoria cross metro, making it simple to go into town. however, do note that it is in the office area.
However, big gripe is that the rooms are very dusty. hotel shld improve on that! no toothbrush as well, tried to request via app but didnt work..
thank fully hotel allowed us to check in early after our overnight flight. overall will stay again if dust problem is settled"

"We were at the Sydney Harbour National Park and went to the hotel. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic when we checked in. We told us how to go to restaurants and supermarkets nearby, but they got off work at 7 pm and used it after going out. The key opens the door. The door locks, switches and window styles in the room are very retro, the public bathroom is very clean and has no odor, and it can also be bathed inside. Although there are many other guests in the building, the room is soundproof. Foreign hotels generally do not charge a deposit. Since we had to catch the plane on the second day, we got up at 4 in the morning and put the key in the staff window when we left the store."

"Location was amazing, and you can park there too. Valet parking, just pull up at the side of the building and let the reception know. The pool on the roof has impressive views of both the bridge and the opera house. Our bathroom could have done with a lick of paint but the room was clean and well kept."
