It's the second time I've stayed~ the overall feeling is very good! My favorite hotel in Miami. There is nothing to say about the service, sanitation and aesthetic scenery. Praise praise praise. The restaurant is the barbecue of Francis Mallmann, the Argentine chef. It is worth a try. There is also an omakase that can be reserved. The ingredients are very fresh and creative.

This was my third stay at Eden Roc, fantastic hotel – However, my third stay has shifted my thoughts. The bedsheets had a stain on them and my room was left open by housekeeping (thankfully nothing was taken, I guess no-one entered but this is a huge concern) – I was told to take this up with management and that I’d be offered compensation for a future stay (although when calling the front desk / eden roc number it says they’re not available and only connects you with off-site staff…) Very disappointed as the previous stays were fantastic.

The room is on the small side, but it's okay for being right on the beach. The towels are not very clean and there are often stains that cannot be washed away. The room is equipped with beach chairs that can be taken out to the beach, and towels are also provided at the front desk. Breakfast is basically the same every day, and the hot food will be changed every day. The selection is basically enough. It's quite convenient to buy things for daily use. There is a large CVS downstairs.

The first room we were offered was dirty (dirty carpet, dirty bathroom and a lot of dust. We went to complain and they gave us a clean one.
Service is not good. It depends a lot on the person serving you.
The restaurant's exceptional food is fourth.

Our experience was very bad. Check in took 30 minutes. We went to the beach to discover there was NO BEACH CHAIRS available. Just terrible. We had to lay on our towels in the sand.The front desk person was a trainee and did not have the correct knowledge of the rooms as she said one of our rooms had a partial beach view when in fact it had a front beach view. The other room she said had a partial view when in fact it had NO BEACH view. You had to go onto the terrace to see a sliver of water at the extreme left.

An extra resort fee of 22.8 knives is charged, which is not shown when booking a room. In addition, parking fees are very expensive, nearly 40 knives a night. A reminder to those who are about to book

Very design hotel. The room is small. The big suitcase puts nowhere to feel. The view from the room was very good. See the sea view. Have your own pool. The hotel has a car that can be delivered to 2 mile. Beach chairs and beach towels are free.

Помимо удобных приватных кроватей с личным освещением и полочкой, есть общий диван, столы, достаточно большие запирающиеся личные шкафчики. В комнате есть два туалета с душем. Персонал очень дружелюбный, всегда готовы помочь! В номере ежедневно прибирают, полотенце без проблем можно поменять на ресепшн, там же можно взять пляжное полотенце. Рядом с хостелом остановка автобусов (в том числе экспресса 150 в аэропорт). Останавливалась в нескольких хостелах в Майами - этот определенно лучший по всем параметрам! Очень рекомендую! Я сама тут останавливалась дважды! Ни разу не было никаких нареканий!

GGuest UserWe stayed at the Moxy for 4 nights and really enjoyed our experience. Chantel greeted us as the front desk and was amazing! The hotel is brand new and has some of the best photo ops to take on property that are Instagram worthy. The staff never missed a beat. We will definitely be back!

TtlapeachFor me, the number one priority for a stay is cleanliness. Overall, our first impression of cleanliness in the hotel was a bit poor when you enter the hallway with an extremely dirty, dust-filled carpet. Upon entering the room, it looked fine - clean but very old-looking. The material on the chairs was peeling off. The bathroom was clean enough, but I still did not want to go barefoot in the shower. Note that all the towels are jet black, so you get piece of mind knowing that no stains will show up on them if there are any: Take that information however you want to interpret it. However our biggest grievance was that there was a small bloodstain on the bedsheets. I still trusted that it was probably clean and simply just a stain, but nevertheless… Gross.
Overall, it’s fine as budget room. You get what you pay for. If you lower your standards enough, this place will do.
On the other hand, the location was fantastic. Close to the beach and walking distance to quite a lot of fantastic restaurants.
