"Location is great, close to the museum, central train, Chinatown and CBD. There is 2 restaurants and a cafe onsite, the coffee was great but we didn't dine at the restaurant. The room was a bit small for a family of 4 but was able to get a good deal so was worth the price we paid"

"We booked hotel for convenience for our wedding. Pros: The location is awesome, only 7min walk from Gadigal Metro Station and about 5mins from Townhall station. Check is smooth, we were quickly allocated a room. If you are a member with IHG they will allow you to have a later check out. The size of the room was very good. Cons: The cleanliness of the room was very sad, quite disappointing that a 4 star hotel doesn’t have late night housekeeping. There were grey stains on the pillows. Dirty bits in the shower. Housekeeping service was very bad. They somehow made the bed with our personal items wedged between the sheets which took up a really long time to find. They didn’t bother to replace towels and remove all the rubbish from our room. All in all, not the greatest experience. Would not recommend. Poor service, overpriced."

"My first review on Trip and I don't usually bother to write reviews - shows you how much the hotel impressed me. We stayed for 1 night in Capella Sydney as a family of 3. The hotel facilities were absolutely amazing, decor was gorgeous and food options at Aperture and Brasserie were awesome. However, I won't dwell on these too much as I'm sure when you booked into a Capella brand hotel, you will already assume this as a given right? One highlight in terms of facilities though, was The Living Room, which is assessible to all guests staying in the hotel. It had beverages, snacks, comfy sofas and 6 star service. We spent so much time there chilling with our son and in the end it really became ”our living room”. Enough of that, let me move on to the service which blew our minds. I'll give you a few examples and hopefully you can see why I feel it would be criminal for me not to write a review. 1. On arrival when we got out of our car and the porters were helping us with our luggage, somehow they addressed me by name. Maybe it's because they saw I had a 2 year old and I was the only guest checking in that day with a small child. Still, I was super impressed. I've only experienced this previously at Aman hotels. 2. Upon checking in, Sophie (I hope I got your name right!) was super helpful and cheerful. When she saw my young son, she also proactively asked if we needed a later check out and if our son needed to nap. She immediately offered to give us 2pm late check out. However, having told her our son actually takes his nap at 2pm, she told us to come back and check with the front desk the next day and they can extend it till 4pm. Remember, I didn't request this, she did this completely out of her own initiative. 3. We didn't book dinner and Sophie referred us to Madiha of the Cultural team. Madiha took note of all our requirements, including the need for the restaurant to be 2 year old friendly, and within 15 mins emailed me a full list of restaurants and their menus for me to choose from while she also served us drinks and snacks at the living room. We eventually picked an Italian restaurant and she made the reservation for us. Fyi, it was scrumptious. 4. After breakfast, we were walking around the lobby and my son walked past the cakeshop and saw a raspberry tart. He really wanted it but I told him we just had breakfast. Ton (?)(I hope I got your name right, the Thai gentleman with a love for cars), the manager came up and said ”you can have the tart for free! It's on the house!”. I was stunned. He also spent so much time talking to my son and showing him pictures of cars, unbelievable. Shout out also to Matthew (uncle Hao Jun) for being so warm and hospitable to us. Honestly we were feeling so sad leaving the hotel as everyone felt like friends and family to us. One thing is for sure though, we will be back. Absolutely flawless service, kudos to the Capella Sydney team!"

"Marriott hotel is located 5 minutes walking distance from Circular Quay Station. Many restaurants nearby, but many closes by 8pm. Nearest McDonald’s opens 24hours, located just opposite the train station. Pitt Street Mall is a 15 minutes walk down the street. Shopping malls and supermarkets are located there. Sydney Opera House is also within walking distance from hotel. Booked 2 rooms, placed request to have both rooms on the same level but they did not accommodate to the request. So we had 2 rooms on 2 levels. Which was quite inconvenient. One of the rooms we were allocated had a bathtub and separate rain shower area. Rooms were of decent size. Pillows were uncomfortable. Right opposite of the hotel was an office building. Opera House is located to the left of the window. Caught a firework show on my last night there as there was an event at the opera house. Overall I enjoyed my stay at Marriott."

"Our 2-night stay at the Harbour View Tower room was fantastic, with a stunning Darling Harbour view that was a highlight of our trip. The location was also superb, offering easy access to the city's main attractions. We particularly enjoyed the excellent breakfast spread, which added to the overall great experience."

"Superb location! Hyde Park and the cathedral are conveniently located right across the street, and the art gallery is also incredibly easy to access. A train station is right at the doorstep. The shopping district is within walking distance in the other direction, and the ferry terminal is also just a stroll away. To get to Sydney University, you can simply hop on a bus from across the street. The service was incredibly warm and welcoming, ensuring a fantastic stay."

"The room is very spacious and has a bathtub. The structure was a bit unique, so it was interesting and fun. Because it is a city, there is often noise in the early morning. People who are sensitive to sleep should be careful because the warning sound keeps coming from outside for about 10 minutes in the early morning and then stops. I am satisfied with everything! :))"

"The lady at the front desk was very nice, ah, ah, awesome, and the plot staff was very cute when I stayed a few days later, and put the three dolls of our three girls on the bed. When I went back, it was super warm and tidy. , I just walked to the shopping place, and I was super close to darling harbour. "I chose Zara Tower in Sydney during the Spring Festival. It is very convenient. There is a central station next to it. The T8 line can go directly to the airport. There are also many food and drinks nearby. It is close to Chinatown, which is very convenient. There are 6 people staying in three rooms. Two of them are slightly smaller, but the price-performance ratio is here, not bad. There is a little light leakage in the gap of the curtains, which affects the sleep a little. Everything else is very satisfactory👍"
