The bedrooms that are accessible to you during your stay is dependent on the number of guests. For stays with 5+ guests, you will have access to the upstairs bunk room which sleeps an additional 4 people and has a 1/2 bath. If you have access to the upstairs during your stay, it can get warm during summer months and cooler during winter months. We provide a fan and extra blankets. It is also helpful to leave the door open to the upstairs on the main floor to let the heat/air circulate.
