吴吴The location is very good and many attractions are within walking distance. The hotel staff is very good at serving. The privacy of the hotel is very good. The pool is nice. The disadvantage is that the parking lot is expensive. Hotel staff suggested that we parked in the opposite shopping garage, which cost less than half of the hotel. There is also a feeling that the paper towels of the five-star hotel are very poor. There was no breakfast at the hotel because there were too many good restaurants to choose from.

GGuest UserWhen we arrived we were greeted and provided with water. We had two rooms booked and was told if we wanted to be close, we would need to wait for a room to be cleaned. We opted to wait. We continued to wait and then had to get checked in to make it to the concert we had tickets for. So we all went into one of the booked rooms to get ready as the room was not ready for us. I found this not the best customer service as we had booked the rooms in the same reservation so they were aware that two rooms were needed and should have been ready for this at the noted check-in time of 4pm. At 4:30 the second room was still not ready so was not utilized until after the concert (12:30 am).

SSHUQINGThe location is not bad, one kilometer from the city center, within walking distance. The hotel is connected to the adjacent Marriott and another hotel, and can be reached indoors. The hot water in the lobby is gone. It is convenient to pour hot water directly through the corridor to another hotel lobby. Room clean and comfortable, breakfast ok

李李The room is large, with a large fridge and kitchen, very convenient for short-term rentals, and free coffee and gym downstairs. Only the room is not cleaned every day. If you need to clean it, you need to inform the front desk.

BBuddy JacobsI give this review on the grounds of I have spent $1,800 on this Hotel alone and they will not even make 1 night free. I'm homeless and am spending all my savings for me, my wife and daughter plus my granddaughter.
We lost our home in a court case where I changed my mind about selling and Indianapolis Indiana Ben Buys Houses sued me.
All you smell is ********* at night and Cigarette smoke in the morning. It's the cheapest place if you're wanting to know why I didn't leave.
Food is OK. Only 2 of the Clerks on duty and the maintenance staff was Awesome .

GGuest UserGood for a cheap quick stay. Room was clean enough, no bugs or major issues that I usually check for when I travel. Staff was friendly but too quite a long time checking us in. Suggest to have your confirmation check in documents ready it’ll make it a lot smoother. Other than that, good experience overall
