Sheraton Indianapolis Hotel at Keystone Crossing

Nice hotel . It is very near Shopping mall. It can access by second floor. We recommend👍

Location is good to stay

Very nice clean hotel. We didn’t even realize until we were there that the hotel had a walkway connecting to the Fashion mall. The bar service was awesome, the bartender was very friendly and made amazing drinks. You can take drinks up to your room as well which we loved. The staff was all very nice and the location was very convenient if you’re doing something in Indy.

Comfortable room and good location for the price. You don’t get premium service because it’s a mid range hotel but location is in between Broad Ripple and Carmel with downtown Indy about a 25 min drive. You do have to pay for parking but it’s less than a downtown hotel and you can come and go out of parking garage with room key. Hotel has direct access to Keystone at the Crossing Mall and the parking garage, so in bad weather you never have to step outside. Rooms have frig and coffee makers. Beds are comfy and rooms are large and renovated. The bathrooms are very simple but clean and functional. It’s a good price for an Indy hotel and the rooms were so comfy I’d def stay there again. They could leave more than 1 complimentary water bottle for a room with 2 Queen beds though.
