The patio slider has an "electronic blind", so when the afternoon sun comes shining through you can just draw it down & cool down.-THE KITCHEN: All new major appliances, which includes a built-in combo microwave/convection oven, a compact Fisher & Paykel dishwasher, a ceramic glass 2-burner electric cooktop and a refrigerator. The kitchen is also stocked w/ the necessary items.
